After reading several people say that they've bought a bit of Christmas things online already or plan to, rather than wait in the cold on BF....got me to thinking. The past few weeks I have bought alot of things online...only because it's been CHEAPER, FASTER (amazon prime for instance), or FREE SHIPPING either included or with a discount code. Most of all it was EASY. I don't have to go out in the cold, haggle with a clerk in Target that won't take my coupons, and take my time shopping and deciding. How many of you have increased your online shopping this year and why?

We got that at last year's BF sale for $329. and absolutely love it!

I thought Sears had the best ad too. Hopefully as we get closer, new deals will pop up? I was thinking ALL the deals lately have been mediocre. Even Freebies aren't what they used be a year or two ago.

We have a Westinghouse 32" that we got from BB $499 reg. price and are very happy with it.

it took til 2 am for all the prices to change on the things I had in my cart. No problems.

question for those leather furniture owners....is leather sticky in the summer and/or cold in the winter? I just imagine what the unheated leather seats in my van are like .

the ds version is only $4.98.....got it for a stocking stuffer for my son.

I think it may need to be in the same category. I'm with you....I find one or two things but nothing else in the 4 for 3 range.

how'd you get it working? It keeps giving me a red letter message saying I can't use the code on this purchase.

To do the BF shopping last year, we had to have our computer on BB's shopping cart page on Wednesdaynight, with all our items picked out and in the cart. We refreshed and refreshed until the prices changed at 2am, then submitted our order. This was on dial-up too! If we hadn't been prepared with our cart loaded and cc info in, it would've been slammed for sure.

my boys got a 3 pk of Hitman games for PS2 and a used Turok for gamecube for $20 total after coupon in Gamestop's Game Informer magazine.

you're all are right. I got a Dell with Intel Duo Core and 2 gig ram for $550 last month. AND I could get it with either XP or Vista...I wanted XP....ordered it from their site.

ditto. a man? who let a man in here?! lol!

oh and I did see one ...only one.. of the stainless steel Sharp microwaves for $80 something, but I don't need a microwave.
