Hi everyone, my name is Michelle. I am from the burbs of Atlanta. I am one of the few here in Georgia who is a native. :) I am married to Darrell and we have 3 kids. Nick (14) is starting his first year of high school and is in the marching band(plays the clarinet), Elisabeth (7) will be starting 2nd grade and my baby Logan (2) is potty training YAY!!! LOL. I have 2 pups Coral, a Great Dane(my avitar) and Princess, a Pit Bull. I have been shopping Black Friday since I was a teenager, my mom took me and we did it every year til she got sick. We even took my oldest when he was just 7 months old (hes been going with me ever since). This year I will be shopping at my sisters (she lives in Erwin TN) so if there are any GottaDealers in that area I would greatly appreciate a shopping "buddy" because I'm not sure if she will be going with me or not. Nice to meet everyone.

I want to thank my SS Jazzy442 and my ornament person jarerice I loved them both and they are so very nice. This was my first year participating in the exchanges and I will continue to participate. It was so nice. Jazzy442 did you make my gift yourself??

Did anyone notice that the batteries in the dollar spot area are not 75%? The sign states batteries are excluded...

I received my ornaments yesturday. They are so cute. Riendeer made out of jungle bells... Thank you very much to my ornament person I was in a bad mood when I got home, but to see that box at my door just made my day.:) I love them.

I FINALLY got mine out today Priority mail. Sorry to have taken so long. I hope my SS and ornament people like them. I did forget the card that was suppossed to go in the SS box, so sorry. I also think I messed up I put my name on the mailing label for the ornament so I guess she will know who I am... OOPS! Anyway, I hope you both like the gifts. It wasnt really hard to find things for both of them, it was however hard to find the RIGHT things. I am still eagerly awaiting my ornament also.

I got my SS today!! It is sooo pretty. A wreath with lights for my house!! Yay!!!! I didn't have one... And a bag of GOOD chocolates... There goes my diet but OH WELL... Thank you to my secret santa I love them both. The card included was so cute. I have my ornament and it will go out tommorrow. I still have a few things to get for my SS and hope to get it out before Sat. Again, a great big thank you and hug to my SS... I wonder who it is??

I got my list and I am excited about participating this year. Cant wait to go shopping.

Thats a great price on those Vtech smartridges. I bought my daughter one of the handheld vtechs when Target had them on clearance for $19.99 so now I guess we are going to KB for the games :)

I noticed my Target had Halloween costumes clearanced out to 30% yesturday...

I scored 4 pks of apple juice, I got all they had because my kids love that stuff. I also got a door mat for $2.48 it has "Get Lost" printed on it. Not alot left at the store I went to tonight. Some dog stuff like rawhide bones, clothes(who dresses their dog ) and stuff like that.

I noticed last night that the guitars are 50% I am waiting to see if they go 75%. My ds13 wants one bad. I also saw Friday at one near my work that they were marking down 37"( I think they were 37) hd tv's I was in a hurry so I didnt see the price but they had lots of them.

This is my 13th yr going BF shopping, my first year my mom & I took my ds he was 7 mos old and he has been going with me ever since. This is my 2nd yr on GD.

Is the 13 yo a boy or girl? If its a girl heres a good idea for a basket: One year my mom made me a box FULL of hair products, makeup, lotions etc... I LOVED it and it lasted forever because there was so much of it. If you have a CVS card you can get alot of that type of stuff for free or next to nothing with the ECBs they have. This may actually work for a 13 yo boy also because I know my 13 yo ds is into the tag sprays and the body washes type things. He also uses hair gel and all that junk. This way its a thoughful gift because you took alot of thought putting it together, wouldnt cost you alot if you have the CVS card and its something they can use. The movie or game night basket is a good idea also and there should be alot of dvds and games on sale on BF there always is.

I have one of the laptops from last year and I love it. My hubby said there were not very many people at our store waiting for it either. I agree that more people will be waiting for the "early" sales Walmart may be having this year.

I got mine on a clearance end cap by the arts and crafts isle.

It is real nice I got one last night, the last one at the store I was in for $2.48. Planning on giving it to dd6 for her birthday next month.

Were they marked or just on the regular isle? If you have a dcpi please post we travel alot and I love these for my kids to do while in the car. Thank you in advance

I buy tons of the nice bath gift baskets from Walmart when they go real cheap on clearance after Christmas the year before. So I give those to dd teachers. So far I have been real lucky and my kids have had mostly female teachers. My ds is in Middle School so he takes home made candy and cookies to his teachers. The candy goes over well for his male or female teachers. His band teachers (hes had the same for 3 yrs) look forward to it every year.

Went tonight and got 2 pks of Roseart markers in the 15 pack for .98 100 colored pencil pack for $2.48 these neat picture frames that comes with paint and decorations its for a baby thought they would be cute for baby shower gifts for $1.47 ea a travel lap desk kit for $2.48 Dale Jr. coasters for $1.98 School supplies were still only 30% they had tons I'm waiting for it to go lower. No toys except some water toys.
