I have had two of these, both broke right away, but the company replaced them. My mother had two go bad, had them replaced. My father fixed one after the fact so now they have a spare. My granny has one and has had no problems with it. Not very consistent and not what you would expect! Thanks everyone for responding...I am ordering tonight!!
