I got my Wish book today in the mail. :) Did you know that they price match + give you an additional 10% of the difference? Either call the 800 # or email the info to the cust. service and they'll take care of it. Whahoo

Is he your only child? Board games are pretty good... Lots of new ones out. Also, MP3 players should be a good deal on BF (at least I"m hoping. )

Well they changed they're minds.. No lottery. Which is okay. I ended up getting a Wii anyways. Wanted the ps3, but the 6 people who were there since 3pm yesterday got those. But odds are they are just selling them on Ebay next month. We had over 50 people in line by 9:30am.

Well, i think i'm going to head out soon.. hopefully it wont get too crazy. I agree, the lottery is a bit risky, especially if the people up front dont know. Thats why I"m taking my 6'3" DH> Wish us luck!

I just called my TRU, AGAIN... and they said there are people in line, but they are doing a lottery in the morning. So its fair for everyone! whahoo... I"m excited. So i'm not going out till about 5 or so, just to get into line. She said, "just dont get there any later than 9:30am."

TRU is having the preorders on sale bright and early sunday morning. The stores are only doing an average of about 10 (some have less), for the PS3, Wii, Sales persons have said this will guarantee your system on release day...and they are said to have a shipment of TMX elmos' as well. If you dont need any of the above, stay away from TRU till about noon. :) LOL

Just an FYI< there are 2 codes you can use online. Look in the TRU section in the black friday area. For the Big book discussion, look on the last page. There is one for $5 off a $25 purchase and another for $20 off a $100 purchase.

Why oh Why would they have a couple hundred people line up in the cold (more than likely rainy) weather for just 5 preorders? What are they thinking... Its only asking for trouble. Oh well.. I think i'm still gonna give it a shot. if there's a line, i'm outta there. I'll save my sanity for release day.

If he's into sports.. than the Madden 07 is pretty popular, but its about double the amount your wanting to spend. Best bet would be to ask the sales person whats been selling lately>

My DS, who is 11, says he might like something electronic, or maybe a board game (like monopoly). If he's into sports.. then something sports related. Of course, if he has a GB or PS, then a game for that might work?
