  1. Thanks so much. I qualified to participate. :)
  2. Thanks!!!
  3. I was wondering this too. My daughter loves Pokemon and want cards too. I just can't see paying what they are going for. She doesn't care about which ones have the right powers or which ones are rare, she just likes them.:)

  5. Can someone tell me more about ecb. Can you use more than one per transaction? Do you have to have the reciept that the are printed on? Is there a min purchase required? Sorry I haven't done uch shopping at CVS up till now, I am just a little confused.:)
  6. Thanks for the info. I got my kids mp3 player for Christmas...so this will be a great s. stuffer
  7. I will be donating both the poncho and the robe. That way they will be enjoyed by someone.
  8. I recieved mine today. I didn't like any of it. The robe is hip lenght and about 3 sizes too big for me, or anyone in my family. The fleece poncho looks very cheap, and I didn't like the smell of the body wash at all. Oh well. You get what you pay for and this stufff was cheap. I am sure I can still find a way to put it to good use.:)
  9. I got the same stuff!! very exciting. This may me a dumb question, but my sd card said it was for digital cameras. Can you still use it in other devices?
  10. We shop and Half-Price books. I don't know if you have one of those around or not. If you do, they are a great place to shop. Most of the stuff is in really good condition, and cheap!
  11. Me too!!!! We have had snow on our anniversary twice, but I don't ever remeber seeing snow on or near Christmas. All we get is ice around here.
  12. Does anyone know anything about the Spa Rewards deal? Has anyone tried it? I could sure use a little relaxation.
  13. I don't know if the still do, but last year TRU had some very nice wooden train set. The were store brand, but they ran really good sales on them. We were able to get 2 sets for what we would have paid for Thomas or Geotrax. The are good quality aand my son loves them. Just another idea!!!
  14. :gdyeahthat: I have been searching and still haven't been able to find out what anyone has gotten from these. Maybe I am searching wrong.

  16. Mine is being shipped today too!!!!! I am sooooo excited!!!
  17. I think that is a great idea!!! As far as siblings buying gifts for each other I think that will be good. Just think, they definitely know what the other will like. :) All in all if you want to still give gifts to everyone, maybe ya'll could all have some kind of cookie sway (these are allways fun) or you and you kids could just make some cookies or presents for everyone in the family. That way you are still getting to enjoy the joy of giving, without hurting your pocketbook.
  18. WoW. I couldn't imagine anyone from this website doing that. There are plenty of other places that feel the same way, why is he blaming gottadeal?
  19. I posted this in the other thread also, but I am really curious. There is a survey company called NPD Online Research. Does anyone know if this is the same NPD that Baker works for. I ask because I am sure many of us do surveys for this company.
  20. Quick question, I wonder if he works for NPD research...it's a survey company that I am sure a few of us probably work for (or should I say used to work for). I don't know if it is the same company or not.
  21. I just had too. Love surprises!!!!!
  22. My mil handles is very well. She has done it 2 different ways. She used to get us each one personal gift that was small and one present for both of us that was large. The last couple of years since we have been so short on money, she pays one of our bill for us for Christmas. She said that she thinks this is the best gift she could give us because it relieves stress. It may sound impersonal but it is very thoughtful. It gives us the ability to enjoy the holidays without all of the worry.
  23. I have to say I was skeptical. My store did not have the international delight one but I picked up the coffee mate one . I was shocked. It is sooo yummy! Thanks!!!
  24. I have horribly thick curly hair. I have tried every straightener in the world and never had any luck until I got a Chi. However they are really expensive. I think they are around 100$. I didn't buy mine I got it as a gift. It has been wonderful. With every other straightener my hair would still be pouffy. With the Chi it is totally silky and perfectly straight. However aside from the cost the other downside for your daughter, is that the Chi gets VERY hot. Maybe someone else has had luck with another flat iron. This is just the only one that worked for me.
  25. It is just deer fed. You can get it anywhere they sell hunting gear. I think even Walmart. You can only get it during deer hunting season though. It would be easier to make with a sewing machine but you don't have to use one. As far as if you can make these with out knowing how to sew I am sure it would be easy to learn, but if you are using deer corn (flax seed and rice would definitely be too small) you could probably make it no sew by using the knot tying technique. You wold just have to make sure that the knots are VERY close together. This might leak though, I am not sure as I have never tried it. It is very simple to make anything with knot tie. You can find instructions here http://www.associatedcontent.com/article/86040/no_sew_holiday_fleece_tied_blanket.html Those instructions are for a no sew fleece blanket (also a great gift by the way...kids can do it too!), you could possible alter these instructions by filling it with the deer corn. Again I have not tried this, so iI am unsure of what the results would be, but it's an idea.
