I did not state that she was not doing her job, I merely pointed out that this was PART of her job. I do consider rudeness to be bad costumer service. It is not an "unrealistic high expectation" to expect employees to be knowledgeable of current in-store promotions. Even if the comment was not made directly to the OP there is no excuse for using that type of language in a childrens toy store, or at all for matter. I understand she might have been having a bad day, but what exactly did the op do that was crappy? I do not expect retail employees to hold my hand however as it states in their tittle there are there to provide service to the costumer. Good costumer service would be getting an answer to your question when asked the first time (if there was a confusion it sure did not seem like the employees was doing anything to clarify the situation) and being left to feel like and inconvenience .

Costumer service is there to answer questions.... it is their JOB. She should not have been so exasperated with having to actually preform it. I think it is reasonable to want to be treated with some sort of respect. They should not act like you are inconveniencing them. I have worked costumer service too. Yes there are frustrating days, but still it was my JOB. I would have never thought to react in such a manner. The problem is we tend to accept mediocrity in service and rude employees have become the norm.

It is experience like this that have made me stop shopping at my TRU altogether.

My daughter has wanted to go so bad, but we just can't afford it. I think we might have found the next best thing though. There is a Hannah Montana Concert Movie coming out February first. It is in 3-d and is suppose to be an actually concert. The commercials for it look really neat. Tickets are already on sale at Fandango.

This has the worst black friday yet for me. I got a call from my mil at 3:45 that my son was throwing up. She told me to go ahead and go so that I could still get the kids Christmas stuff(we are on a super tight budget). I went ahead to Walmart and just before they pulled off the black wrap from the doorbusters I began to get sick too. By the time I got back from the bathroom most of what I came for was gone. I had left in such a hurry trying to get back to my son that I left my ads at home so I couldn't pm anything. I flew to TRU to get a price adjustment on the stuff I had already brought. The lady at costumer service said they wouldn't do it until after 8. This information had not been told to me in any of the 3 calls I made regarding the subject the previous week. Well we only have one car and my dh had to be at work at 7:30. So no price adjustment either. So I left and got my kids and came home. We spend all of black friday on the couch sick as dogs. I am so disappointed, I needed to be able to get everything super cheap because I Only have 150 to spend for Christmas TOTAL. It looks like we got food poisoning from Thanksgiving, turns out alot of us were sick and we all ate a particular batch of deviled eggs. Food poisoning from Thanksgiving...who would have thought.

The reviews on amazon are mixed, but seem to be primarily negative. Everyone is going to have a different experience, but I think I am probably going to pass. If anyone has the cutter kit or the spinner I would love to know what your experiences have been.

Are ECB stackable. Like if my next trip I spent 20$ and I had 3 5$ ecb coupons could I use all 3 at once? Also if you by multiple things in one order that offer ecb do they total them up where you get one coupon on your receipt?

Just to give everyone a heads up. I called Mattel today to see where they were in processing. The woman I spoke with said that they are currently processing orders that they recieved on October 17th. She also said from the time your package enters processing it takes approximately 2-4 weeks for you to receive your voucher. Hope this gives everyone a better idea of when you might receive yours..
