They don't want to have to send out their new chief of security Also, now that it is starting to snow if there will be a delay in shipping please let me know ASAP. Let's try for no late senders though! Happy Thanksgiving to everyone and stay safe on the roads and in the stores! I'll be thinking of you all as I work, lol.

DD just asked me the other day if we were going out even though I am not planning to buy anything. And not just anywhere but to WM, purely to witness the chaos. My little girl... not so little now.

I'd be jumping in too but finances are not allowing it again this year.

I've got a feeling I'll end up at Michaels (to stock up on all kinds of stuff) but one thing sure is my credit card won't! Maybe this will be the year I finally take care of all my photos and scrapbooking...

Yay! First package received! (Don't start celebrating yet, my accounting firm... lots of work to do yet, get away from the bamboo nog...)

Sharpies if you can believe it... they're disappearing at a rapid rate here.

My tv is just fine and now someone thinks we need an upgrade... I'm not shopping for a tv. Nor am I going to scour the ads for him. I'm still not really seeing anything besides the Sharpies at this point.

The first numbers are in early... I think I'll start keeping track of the date now, not sure numbers have been in this early before.

A child is never too old to wake up on Christmas to a lump of coal... If it were me I'd take what would have been spent on the complainers and do something for those less fortunate. At least then I'd know the recipients would be grateful for whatever they receive. And definitely do something to recognize the maturity of your oldest - it doesn't have to be a gift but just something to let her know how much you appreciate it and her. A simple card or note can be treasured for a lifetime.

Tsk tsk, someone's not in the spirit of the season... Good for the store that's choosing to allow a senior tree! I hope it is picked clean and all wishes filled.

Rumor has it I'm getting my first dc#... two weeks before Thanksgiving. Guess I better break out the bamboo nog and cookies again... not much of a break for the Firm!

I'd take advantage of the 20% off Godiva at Macy's and spend all $1000 on a variety of chocolates. If I had prices memorized I could be more specific.

I'm just not seeing much for myself, might skip it all this year.

The only thing I saw I think are Sharpies which DD seems to be going through at a fast rate lately...

Several have volunteered to be elves which is great to see. The spirit of the season is alive and well here at GD!

The main attraction for me is usually the discount on Godiva but I might not even do that this year.
