Stopped in Target before dance today but the girls made me have to leave later than planned so I was in a hurry. After reading here I'm really sad that I didn't get to check out the girls and toddlers clearance! All I got to look at was the furniture dept. and found a 10pk of picture frames reg. 24.99 for 6.24 at 75% off.

Went to Target today and a few toys were 75% off, but not many that I found. Though it was around 1pm when I got there and there were several people checking them out, so I'm sure I missed something good. Oh well, we're buying a house so I need to save anyway. There wasn't anything that I really want for my girls, just a ride on thing for my nephew and they still have plenty left at 50% off. They also have about 15+ of the Handy Manny workbenches at 50% off. They had an endcap FULL of them and then had random ones scattered through the isles of clearanced toys. I did find a slipcover for our couch for 75% off!! I'm super ecstatic about that, but it has a hole in the seam so DH is stopping right now to see if he can find the other one that was there earlier.

I'm hoping hoping hoping that nothing at my store went 75 this week!!! There is really only 1 thing that I know I want to get for sure, and that is a nascar car thingy for my nephew. It's been snowing here the last 2 days so I can't get out. I'm in Alabama and have never driven on snowy/icy roads.

90% here too and no competition today! I was in the section all by myself for like 30 mins! Then I did my around the store scavenger hunt and found some nice goodies!! I forgot to go look for oreos though, but oh well. I did find 21 rolls of tape for .19 each though!! I got them all. I wouldn't have but they were all in the regular tape isle and I figured no one would find them anyway. The cashier asked if they were more and I told her to grab her a few of those but she wouldn't even after I insisted over and over. Even tried telling her that I didn't want some of them so to put them down in her box, but she laughed and wouldn't do it. Oh well, at least I tried. Still 75 here....they're just trying to mess with me this year! Booo on them! Hoping for 90 tomorrow.

Still 75% at my store today, heading out bright and early to check tomorrow though! Not a lot of toys for us this year either. Only seems to be 1 aisle. I'm going to go bright and early on Thursday though to check for 75%. I doubt it will be this week, but I will go every Thursday until it happens!

IDK when toys will go but I'm gonna be there at opening on the 7th, 14th, and every Thursday after until all the toys are 75%! When I went at opening on the 31st for Christmas clearance there were like 7 or 8 people there to check toys! Last year I was the only one. I'm sad that others are catching on, and am hoping that they give up!!

I vote he doesn't know what he's talking about....My DH works at Target Distribution (the warehouse) and they don't get stuff back from stores like that. They might sell it to salvage, but it won't go back to the warehouse.

I noticed that the 75% off sign at the dollar spot said prices valid 12-31 thru 1-3, so I'm thinking the 4th since the previous sign said prices valid 12-26 thru 12-30. IDK about the stores that went 75% earlier than today, but that's what I think for my store. I'm crossing my fingers that I'm not wrong though, because I don't plan to be there at opening on Saturday. Also, in 2007 they went 75% on the 31st and then 90% on the 4th.

75% off here too!! I was the first one back there and started loading up cases of LED lights! Was at the scanner with my 2 buggies full at 9am and this couple walks by and was like, "She's got all of our stuff." I wanted to say, "No I don't buddy, I have MY stuff....you snooze you lose!" LOL. I just smiled though. There was still TONS of stuff left though, just not any LED lights or electrical stuff (extension cords, etc). Our electrical stuff was actually only ringing up at 30% off but since the 75% off sign was directly above it they gave it to us at 75% off. Then because it was taking the cashier too long to figure out what 75% off was and type in each item he just started giving us 75% off the 30% off price because it was quicker and easier. My first receipt says I saved 991.95 and the other says 89.41. Oh I checked out the scotch tape and our store has 3 pegs FULL of the "Christmas" ones in the regular section!! I didn't buy any and am hoping that it's still there at 90%. Maybe 3rd times the charm. Heading out early again today for the 3rd day in a row hoping for 75%! DH really wants some lights and I want to pick up some body wash/ lotion sets for Mother's Day.

Still 50% at my store. Crossing my fingers for 75% tomorrow!! The Dollar Spot sign says 12-26 thru 12-30, so HOPEFULLY Christmas and dollar spot will go tomorrow.

I would have pushed them to honor their signs! When I went to Kmart my daughter picked out a Build-A-Bear craft set that they had about 8 of in the same spot and the sign said "50% off Christmas Crafts", but it was scanning at 30% off at the price scanner. I went back to the isle and got one of the shelf stickers and took it to the register with me, and because I had that sticker the manager told the cashier that they had to honor it. The way she said it kind of makes me wonder what they would have done had I not taken the sticker with me. Maybe sent an employee to take them down and tell me I was crazy? LOL. Anyway, I've never had to do that at Target because I usually just tell them and they just adjust it and don't argue or call a manager. I have had it happen several times at Wal-Mart though, and they just call the department to verify and then adjust it.

They've actually seemed to have a Tuesday/Saturday trend for the holidays this year. Valentine's and Halloween both went 75% on Tuesdays and 90% on Saturdays. For some reason I don't have Easter though, guess I just forgot to write it down. We went to TRU and stood in line for about 45 mins before we got it, needless to say we were WAAAAY back. We ended up getting 2 of the 4 things we came for but left empty handed because the store was literally shoulder to shoulder and NO ONE knew who was in the checkout line and who wasn't. To get out I had to climb on top of a pallet of toys because people thought that I was trying to break in front of a line they weren't sure they were in and I had NOTHING in my hands! I told the people with me that we were leaving and I WON'T be going back at opening EVER AGAIN! That was the most dangerous Black Friday situation I've ever been in!! After that we went to Old Navy , which I will say was smoothest. We waited in line for about an hour there so we weren't too far back. However, they did make a lot of people angry. The first ones there had formed a line at the IN door but some line jumpers came up about 10 mins before opening and formed a line at the OUT door. Wellll Old Navy unlocked the freaking OUT door first!!! We were all VERY POed! They did open 5 mins early though, so props for that!! I was in and out by 3:01. After Old Navy we went to Wal-Mart , and at 3:20 there was a woman checking out with the Sony Bravia TV and 2 collage frames!! There were also TONS of people with their buggies overflowing with BF stuff!! Of course we didn't wait either and started loading up, because NO WAY was I going to stand around and let the other rule breakers get all the stuff. The checkout lines were packed by 4:30, but we were first in line. At 4:55 a CSM came and told them all to start checking us out and when the girl scanned our first 4-in-1 it didn't ring right so she YELLED at ME and told me, "SEE I CAN'T CHECK YOU OUT UNTIL 5!!!". I said, "Your manager just told you to start and every other cashier has started, so can you check some of the Black Friday specialty stuff and at least get us that far?" She huffed and picked up my Tuggin Pup, scanned it (it scanned right), she bagged it, and slammed it down. Then she stood there for a min, grabbed it back up, hit delete, and yelled in my face, "I AM NOT STARTING UNTIL 5!!" I looked her in the eye for a second and as calm as I have ever been in my life in an almost whisper said to, "I'm sorry, but why do you have to be so rude? Someone who I thought was your manager told you to start and everyone else has started so that is why I didn't see why you could start. I wasn't rude to you in the least, so why do you have to be rude to me?" All she said was "I'm not trying to be rude but we aren't supposed to start until 5." Then I watched the clock and when 5 hit she still wouldn't start, said she needed a minute. Then the 4-in-1's still didn't ring up right like she said they would.

I'm from Alabama and found them several times at Decatur and a friend found them once at University in Huntsville, but like previous poster said, they haven't had them for some time now. I believe they still have Market Pantry that some are finding for .59, but I haven't ever found those, but I don't know what they look like either so that could be why.

I'm leaving out bright and early tomorrow too in hopes of it being 90%. I got several costumes at Wal-Mart today for 75% off, but a few more at 90 wouldn't hurt since I have 2 little girls! Need one of those monster pillows for my little monster lover too.

ALL Halloween was 75% off at my Target today. There was still a whole aisle, an end cap, and then several of those little small stands FULL of candy! I got 5 bags of Milky Ways, a bag of Reese's Cups, and a big box of full size twizzlers!! I was there pretty early so I'm sure that a lot of it is cleared out now, but I'm hoping that some stuff will hold out until 90%, which I'm hoping is Saturday.

ALL of our Halloween stuff was 50% off, or at least that's what all the signs said (and there were signs on aisles that had only candy). There was still TONS of everything left.

Anyone think 75% off tomorrow? Here is last years schedule. They seem to favor Tuesdays and Saturdays for markdowns on holiday stuff, so that's why I'm thinking tomorrow for 75 and Saturday for 90. Ok, so I'm not convinced that this was the BIG markdown at my store. A LOT of stuff did go 75% today, BUT there was also some stuff that hadn't been marked at all until today and it was marked down 50%. I really wish that it would have just all been marked today, but oh well, at least I got the main things I was after except the sand n water table. Hopefully the table will go down next week, but it was still only 30% this week at my store.
