I received a text today from TRU here is what it said "Kinect for Xbox 360 in on 11/04! FREE $50 Gift Card w/purchase of select games at 2Day Sale on 11/5 - 6! While Supplies last. See store for details" I went into TRU this afternoon to get more info. They told me that you need to buy Kinect & 2 Kinect games to get the $50 card. If you buy the system Xbox 360 w/Kinect and 2 games you get a $20 gift card. (Of course that is what I am planning on getting so I only get a $20 gift card) I guess I will wait until I actually see the ad for the weekend specials. They salespeople actually had to go in and look for the ad. I am hoping that Walmart may have a deal, since this weekend they are having one with the Playstation Move bundle, maybe the next week will be Xbox:D BB is also having buy 2 Kinect games get a $10 card, buy 3 games get a $30 card.

When you click on the Itunes picture it takes you to the cards online and there is a note saying it is part of the Electronics event.

LOL I was just coming to post this also. I wish it was somewhere near me. It is too far to travel all the way to NYC to see it.

Well I plan on going with my children and they each will be getting whatever we can. If DH is home he will be coming too, so if we only can get 1 then I will have 4 which is the minimum I need. I would like us each to be able to p/u 2. I wonder if online they will be limiting it to 1 per customer.

I am waiting for a good deal on a 32inch. I got mine back in 2006 from BestBuy for $279 which I thought was awesome then. I am sure they should have one for under $200 during this holiday season. Mine is still going great.

I have no idea. I will be going in on Friday and asking. Then I will be there at the crack of dawn on Saturday morning and stalking them. Will be bringing my kids so they can buy their own and gifts for my Nephews. 2 is just not enough!!!!

I will be trading them in at Best Buy. I went to there website and put in the info. Just have to take it into the store. I will take BB gift card instead of cash so I get a little more.

Sorry I cant help you here. We tried the LED lights but could not stand the color (we used white). We ended up getting Rope lights that we outline our front porch with.

I have the DSi XL and it is bigger. I got it since I don't have young eyes. My DD12 has the DSi and its fine.

Here is what Nintendo is saying on the red one. It will have Mario Kart. I have always been the one that stays home for Xmas. I will go anywhere for any of the other holidays, but Xmas I wanted the kids to wake up in their own home and see the Santa experience. Now that they are older (DD12 & DD almost 15) and no longer believe I am thinking within the next couple years I would love to do Disney at Xmas. I wanted them to believe in Santa etc as long as possible, now those days are over so I am willing to try something new. How about for your mini vacation you leave after Xmas morning. That way your children still wake up to their normal celebration, but you can start something new. I live in the Poconos, PA it is beautiful here in the Winter with the snow on the ground (not that I want any snow) Good Luck with what you decide to do.

I always ask that question too. I think they are just trying to get rid of some games lol. I know the holiday bundle is coming out within the next week or so (it is a Red DSI XL with Mario to celebrate Mario's 25th) Someone also mentioned that there is a Blue bundle coming out too with Toy Story. No sure on the prices but they probably will be in the $169 range since that is the regular price for the XL. There may be offers with a gift card also.

I have decided to wait (may end up regretting it). Last year I got the 8gb with a $50 gift card from BB. I also plan on trading in DS 2nd generation and his old 30GB Zune. He can get $50 for the Ipod it and $35 for the Zune which I will apply towards the new 32g for him. I was going to keep it but he is having a lot of problems with it and he says the battery does not last more than an hour if that. When he uses it he keeps it in the docking station.

I have no idea if you can use the coupon, probably not. If we could that would be great. Last year I bought the 8gb Ipod Touch for my DD at BB for $199 and got a $50 gift card back. Now I have to upgrade DS 2 year old Ipod and will be getting the 32gb for him. I am on the fence whether I should just go and put it on layaway that way I have it, I assume I can always cancel if a better deal comes along. Edited: Just checked the small print on the coupon. It is not valid on Video Game Hardware, games, Apple products......

The books in the TRU stores never have coupons on them. Only the ones that come in the mail and in the newspapers. Starting next weekend TRU will probably have a small flyer in the newspapers with extra sales and there will be a coupon with that flyer. At least that is what they have always done.

Does anyone know anything about Calibre software. I just read a review on Amazon about this software converting stuff to be able to be read on a Kindle. I just read also that the Kindle will soon be having the same option to borrow as the Nook. With this software, it said you would be able to convert the epub to what is used with the Kindle. Thanks
