I went on Wednesday and got several Wii games and the Digital Photo Frame. Absolutely no problem with the price adjusting. It was great. I got $99 back. I went and got a couple of sheet sets and the line was horrendous. So I went up to customer service and they checked me right out!!! In and out in about 10 minutes!

Big Lots is giving 10% off for teachers this coming Saturday, August 4.

We got my son's at a pawn shop and it works great 2-3 years later. We get alot of those type of items after they are popular at pawn shop. The computer I am on is also from a pawn shop. Check it out!

Glad you are OK. My daughter who is 15 went with a friend to our local grocery store, HEB, tonight and while there a guy grabbed a woman's purse and took off. They grabbed their cell phone and called 911 while adults stood around looking. They ended up catching the guy. This is funny though, when she came home and told us our 4 year old son said , "Micaela, you're a Higgly Town Hero!" Gosh they watch too much of that show...LOL!

Me too and now for us Texans H.E.B. plus just put out a Thanksgiving and a Black Friday ad in which they have a personal DVD player for $49. Now I don't know whether to go their on BF or WM. They also have a laptop for $299! Oyyyyyyyyyyyy Veyyyyyyyyyyyy!

The 20% off toys is until midnight tonight.

I know it's hard to believe but some of the prices for this Friday and Saturday sales are better than BF. I just came from Kohl's and the the toys are an additional 20% off of the sale price. The Leapster cartridges will be 16.99 on BF but are ringing up $15 something. I also got my kid's the Leapster for $25.55. I don't know how the girl rang it up but that was my final price. When it scanned at the back of the store it was supposed to be 38.97 but when she did it up front it came up $25.55. I also got MIni Doodle Pads for 3.97 and they were supposed to be 4.79. I got shoes that were regularly 24.99 for 8.59. I was so excited. I told her to ring me up before they changed their mind...LOL!

Not even sure if I will go out this year at all. I am a bit disappointed.

Yes and I figure if I go to Wallyworld first and then head on over to Kohl's then I will just wait in line like everyone else but I won't miss the sales at Wallyworld or Target or whereever!

I called again and talked to "Susan" and she said I can go on Wednesday, buy everything, return it Friday and rebuy it. I am going to go in on Wednesday and buy it all and first try the price adjustment. (Our Kohl's just opened in October so maybe they don't have a clue.) If the price adjustment doesn't work I will calmly go to the car and bring it all in and return it and rebuy it. She said I could do that.

I'm going to do this for Kohl's cuz I refuse to stand out in the cold...LOL! I even called and asked the manager. She said yes I could buy things on Wednesday, return them on Friday during the sale hours and rebuy them.

I called and they said they would not price adjust the early specials. Maybe it depends on the store. They also said they would not hold anything. OK how bout this if you go into Kohl's late on Wednesday maybe the registars will already have started the reduced prices.

I got a bunch of candy today for 75% off!

Got mine. Went to a small town 35 minutes from us last night and then to our Walmart this morning. I was able to get for my 3 toddlers. I need one more for the young lady whose's baby we are adopting in December. We would like to give her two children one. She doesn't have alot of money and she can't afford to keep this baby so we are adopting him. So hoping to get one more.

It makes me really sad that my three toddlers want one and I can't afford $100each and someone goes in and snags 22 or more to sell. I am going to keep trying though. Even if I have to get up like someone else and go to the store at 3 A.M.
