Jalepeno and Sausage Stuffing 3/4 cup butter, divided 1 1/2 cups coarsely chopped onion 2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and minced 1/2 pound spicy Italian sausage, casing removed 1 box cornbread stuffing mix 3 cups dry bread crumbs 1 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper 2 cups warm chicken stock 1 egg, beaten 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease one 9x9 inch pan. 2. In a heavy skillet, melt 8 tablespoons butter over low heat. Saute the onion and peppers until soft. Place sausage in skillet; crumble and cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Drain, and transfer to a large bowl. 3. Combine sausage mixture with stuffing mix, bread crumbs, chicken stock, egg, and salt and pepper. Mix well, and transfer dressing to prepared pan. Dot with remaining butter. 4. Bake for 45 minutes. This is sooo good, nice spicy flavor but not too hot. Never any leftovers and I usually double the recipe.

I couldn't agree with afrey66 and Illinoismom more, it is no one's business how you decide to shop on Black Friday.

We do stockings, we hang them when we decorate and fill them on Christmas Eve..well Santa does. LOL..Stockings are my favorite.

Walmart had them in their daily deal sales they had last December. It wasn't a really great deal though.

I am waiting for Walmart..they are complete jerks, but there is only a Kmart and Walmart in town here and Kmart never has what is advertised.

I have taken my son before and I have done what other people suggest wait for the initial rush to be over. Depends on where you live and what you are shopping for..as some items obviously aren't there after the initial rush. I don't take him anymore at all because he is big enough to know that I am shopping for him.

I have done purple and silver the past few years, also hoping to find some good discounts to mix it up next year.

My ds 6 wants a drum wii fit samba de amigo for wii that's all that is coming to mind now...but there will be lots more :)

I have a wii and a ps3..My son is 6 and the only thing he plays with the ps3 for is RockBand. The wii gets way more play from him and my niece who is 10. The wii also in my opinion has more games for girls.

Nope I am on the look out for goodies for everyone else.

I haven't started...and yes panic is setting in. I hate doing it all at once.

My son has a huge list then I go down and decide what stuff he would actually play with. I also like to read reviews first.

Every year it is WalMart first....from there KMart, Home Depot, and then it usually depends on the ads.

I went this morning and within an hour the boys jeans were all gone. They had tons of mens and womens. Just got home and they are out of stock online also.

I always go to Kmart for something, but just sometime during the day to get out of the house. They have to have something amazing for me to wait in line 2 days in a row.

Pretty much the same for me. My husband and I finalize our plans and budget...never sleep though. We head out to get in line and then get some breakfast when we are done.

Depends on when I leave for my first store. I usually head out about 10 pm and am home by 10 am Black Friday morning.

I have been Black Friday shopping for about 15 years...I started young going each year with my aunt and grandmother.

Absolutely !!! On both ! The lurkers either act like they don't understand or say they are waiting until everyone files in first...when they are called out. I hate the line saving hate it. I have been at the front and had my sister in laws try to come stand with me and I refuse them get to the back people !

I have taken my son with me before, it is really a person's prerogative. My biggest pet peeve is the line rushers. They always group to the side right before the stores are about to open.
