    In NW Illinois Target (today, Monday, 6/4, A.M.), I got the toy - MegaBlocks #2004 Sandman Bank Heist, Spiderman 3. It was $29.99 and I got it for $14.98 - found in the end cap in the toy section. 204 07 0729

     

    Also got the Color Wonder/Explosion White: Fire and Ice for $2.48 (was 9.99) 081 04 0025.

     

    All discounted $1 spot items had been sent to "salvage" already.

     

    End Caps also had Hunts Butterscotch and Vanilla Pudding four packs on clearance. Dove chocolates, many varities on the clearance end cap.

    I thought toy markdowns were on Wednesdays...is Target trying to fool with us?? ;)

    Pampers box & 80ct. wipes for 14.50. Had to buy two of each because that's a STEAL! :D

     

    Which pampers and wipes were these?? Are they marked clearance?

     

    They are the regular pampers for 19.89 and the wipes are on sale for 1.99. In the Target Coupon thread (it says Target Coupons Updated #57) there is a link for coupons on pampers & wipes. There is a 3.00 coupon for when you buy pampers and wipes and a 5.00 coupon when you spend 20.00 in Pampers and wipes. Saves 8.00 and makes the total 14.00!!! Great deal!!! The coupons expire tomorrow though. Happy shopping! ;)

    They were marking down a bunch of baby clothes this morning. The mark down team came in late this morning, so they hadn't done much yet. Looks like they'll be working their regular routine, though, despite the holiday.

     

    Almost nothing left in Dollar Spot at 50%.

     

    On the plus side, I did get all the new Cars toys. Not a mark down, but I was pleased just the same. :)

    Baby clothes? like the packaged items or regular baby clothes in the clothing dept? thanks!

    I went back again today. I bought the Archer Farms chips on clearance for $1.68 plus I had the expired $1.00 off coupon, so I bought 6 bags for $.68 each. Ore Ida potatoes were on clearance for $1.68 each - $1.00 man. coupon - $.50 expired coupon x2 = $1.36 for 2 bags.

     

    Men's Degree Deodorant Ultra was on clearance for 2.97 - 1.50 man. coupon = $1.47. Not much else. I did see these cute square cubes that were on a clearance end they were tan with a lid and pockets on the sides...the tags were all ripped off though, so no price. I checked online and got the dpci #097-02-1891....Anyone get these yet, if so how much were they?

     

    I live in a smaller area and our store doesn't have great prices often....Many items everyone has been mentioning I saw today, but most things were 30% off....Maybe this week they will go down in price.

    I didn't realize Target took expired coupons! Do all Targets do that? Is yours a Super Target or a regular? Thanks!

    Can anyone help me make this deal better? Or is this the best that I can do? Ok, it's kinda long so I hope you can still help. I am getting these prices from the Target circular that came out this last Sunday (5/20). Ok here it goes:

     

    Bounty paper: $10

    minus $1.50 (from target coupon generator)

    equals $8.50

    minus $.025 (from sunday newspaper)

    equals $8.25

     

    I would do this twice so that would be a total of $16.50

    minus $5.00 (from the target cpn where you buy $20 and get

    $5.00 off)

    equals $11.50

    AND I get a $5 GC for purchasing these two items.

     

     

    BTW, does anyone have the link to those coupons of the buy $20 and get $5 off? I only printed one.

     

     

     

     

     

     

    Next: Tide

     

     

    $16.49

    I know I posted this in another thread. I hope I'm not doing anything wrong. I'm just trying to maximize the number of people who might view and therefore hopefully get some help.

    I think no matter how you do it, it's going to be the same price. I agree with the other poster about making your purchases different transactions and using your gift cards along the way. Good luck saving money! ;)

    I'm totally addicted to this too ... though I was addicted to Target before this, so it's not much different.

     

    I think it really depends on the store what day it gets marked down. One of the stores in my area went to 50% off GB on Friday, then a couple more on Saturday, and the rest on Sunday. I've started to get a bit of a feel for what stores do markdowns first in my area. Don't forget, you can also call the store in the morning and just ask what % off GB is if you want. :)

    Have you ever had an experience where the store associate that answered the phone gave you the wrong info? Like they didn't know it was marked down more when it was? Thanks in advance!

    So I got up early to go look at Vday stuff because I was pretty sure it would be 75% off, yesterday was still only at 50%. After an hour of debating, I talked myself out of going because I'm pretty sure I've now got some clearance shopping addiction. Later in the afternoon I couldn't handle it anymore, and went.

     

    Not much left for Vday stuff, so although I was disappointed, I wandered around a little. I had been in the same store yesterday, and really didn't think I'd find anything different, but remembering that GatorPam had said that she's seen stuff clearance from Saturday to Sunday, I tried to keep my chin up. I ended up stumbling across one of my best deals ever! My boyfriend has for the past year been telling me he wanted some solar panel up-lights for the front of the house. I found a 3 pack 85% off! Reg 49.99 now 6.24!!! They had 4 sets so I bought them all! Didn't find anything else, but it didn't matter because of my awesome lights I found. Woohoo!!!!

    WOW What a great find! Ours didn't go past 30% off ( I believe it was ) & then they must have salvaged them or sent them to another store because they all just went away & the new ones came out :(
