  1. I wish I could find either a man or woman's bike here in Orlando. I have been looking since the last round of bikes. I can report that I got a great deal on LifeLong dog food... a 40lb bag for half off! For me that is great because dog food RARELY goes on sale. My dog (who by the way is only 8lbs) will be happy for a long while. If anyone in Orlando sees any adult bikes on the great clearance, please let me know.
  2. I don't know if I should ay thank you or not!!! I bought 35.00 worth of stuff from wreaths, paper, notepads, bath confetti, ornaments, lights, plastic utility ties, and then some non-christmas 90% off stuff including crocodile looking boxes and note pads and stuff for your desk.... I also have never made a gingerbread house so I figured that for .99 who could pass that up... Thanks again!!!
  3. Well I was so excited to find so many geltabs at my Target, but even though they were Christmas they weren't on sale. Only the 35 count was. So I bought the 35 count which at least is still a good deal. Hopefully they will go on sale more in the future. I found two of the 80 count boxes that were the regular kind that rang up "INF", but they wouldn't let me buy them Oh well hopefully they will be there another day. I did buy an electric guitar signed by Mike Kinnerty for 70% off at $50.04. They also had the flute at the same price.. Orlando, FL
  4. I was waiting at Best Buy from 9:00 pm thursday night for a laptop among other things. I didn't get the laptop, but got lots of other great buys. I left there about 6:45 and headed to CC for the gps... no luck and HORRIBLE lines, then I went to Staples to see the same GPS. They didn't have anymore either BUT while I was up talking to a manager asking if I could purchase the GPS online another employee walked up with two "unaccounted for" laptops. One was upgraded and was for someone else they had just sold it to.. two minutes later, I was in line with my pink slip waiting to make my purchase, I LOVE IT!!! I too am thinking of upgrading it, just wondering if it is difficult to do on my own.
  5. Actually this laptop is the same on the Compaq site, however, the 399 price includes the $100 REBATE therefore is the same price as the circular.
  6. Maybe I can try to help you understand a little. Basic principle is like this. Someone posts an item they want to sell. They can set a starting price of whatever they like. In this case it looks like it was $2.00. People place bids (5 so far) of what is the top dollar they want to pay. The computer automatically increases your bid to your top dollar each time someone bids against you. A NR or No Reserve auction means that it can sell for as little as $2.00 (the starting price). If there is a reserve set this means they don't want to sell the item unless it sells for more than the reserve price. This is not relevant to you since it is NR. Buy It Now - This price is what you can pay TODAY if you want to buy it at that price. You keep it out of an auction venue then. So you could definitely purchase this for that Buy it Now price. In a Buy it Now auction you will see a button to press to do just that at a set price. Here is where the confusion comes in. The listing doesn't offer a Buy it now option although the text states a Buy It now price. Also, the text doesn't match the starting price. So Before you do anything I would suggest emailing the seller and confirming or questioning this listing. It seems there is a mistake in the listing or in the description that they should confirm before you commit to tracking this item and then become disappointed when they don't sell it because they didn't list it right.
  7. Trish, my stores are rining up INF but they are calling them 7.88. If you would like I can get one for you and you can pay the cost and the shipping from Orlando. Let me know.
  8. From my trip about an hour ago... They had the spiderman tents, 2 of them, I had both, they rang up $0.00. Lady said oh no when I look it up they are only 7.78 now.. oh well.. didn't buy them. I got a Hamilton Beach Food Processor that processes directly into a Gladware 6 cup bowl - 50% off at 17.48 Blue cookbook stand - 50% at 6.48 OH and I didn't get but want the whitewash cart in the lawn department that is HUGE.. and it is 50% now at 6X.xx right now. And the screen with pot holders was 24.xx now. Ice cream makers, ice cream mixes, sno cone makers, all that kind of stuff was on clearance at least 50% off. There were some great deals today but I am saving my money for GARAGE SALE weekend here.. community sales EVERYWHERE.
  9. Thanks for posting this. I was headed there tonight and now I can save some money!
  10. I should introduce myself although I have made many posts already. I love this site and have been enjoying finding out all that is offered. Looking forward to experience BF here for the first time this year. Didn't come looking for that but glad to see the valuable information. - From Orlando, Florida
  11. The one being discussed in the forum is going to be coming out this year. She found hers on the shelf before the release date. The new ones have a screen and the like. Also store more information.
  12. The greatest part is that at my target the stix one was on clearance for $50 so an even better deal.
  13. I have found that the Home Cafe pods (at least the skinny late ones) don't fit in my Senseo, they are too tall and have a post in them. Better luck with yours.
  14. Last year I did "Christmas has gone to the Dogs" I had dog bones on the tree, milkbones and rawhide. I had lots of dog ornaments, Doggie Jingle Bells playing on the speakers, A picture of the dogs in santa clothes above the mantle, dog bowls (new and clean) with people food in them for the Open house, and hanging outside was a wreath and garland with dog ornaments and bows with a sign saying "Fleas Navidad" on the wall.
  15. You can order for free from the USPS label packages that are clear envelopes that are adhesive that you put the label (folded sheet of paper into). They make them for customs forms. But I use them for my labels.
  16. My mom was VERY successful recently in buying scratch and dent from Best Buy and Conns (if you have those). She ended up buying a matching set but each piece from a different store and saved about $500. Other advice that I have heard is that you should shop for each piece separately because in many cases, the best dryer isn't matched with the best washer. What I am trying to say is that a "SET" isn't maybe always the best way to go.. that's what I learned from Consumer Reports. Have Fun!
