  1. what do you mean you are not allowed to give a gift they can share? who doesn't allow you? re-wrap the used gifts and give them back to them
  2. did you ever think of calling them and asking how they liked the gifts? you can say something like "I never heard from you so I was worried that they got lost in the mail". maybe they'll get the hint.
  3. I disagree, I read what others have posted went on clearance and know what to keep my eyes on, now that they leave quite a bit of clearance in the regular isles, I would never even go down an isle to check if it hadn't been posted here.
  4. Everyone for the most part agrees that line jumping is wrong (except for the person that convinces themself that it's OK when they do it), because you waited in line longer than someone behind you so why should they get in the store before you. What if they paid the person in front of you to get in line in front of you, how would you feel about that? What if that person got the last TV (for example) that you stood in line for 24 hours to get and they only got there an hour before the store opened but got in front of you because they paid someone in front of you $50? Isn't that the same as selling tickets? Isn't the person in the back of the line that paid for a ticket in fact cutting in line or paying to get ahead of someone else that waited in the line?
  5. right, the aren't needed if you have cable or satelite I think your cable box or satelite dish or box already do what the new tv's will do to get the signal
  6. I'd have an extra credit card with just in case your debit card doesn't work for some reason, the bank/credit card lines get jammed up sometimes because it's so busy
  7. How much you spend depends on what's in the ads, what you are looking for, how many people you are buying for, your budget, what's on sale... And I agree with everyone else, don't carry that much cash on you. That's just asking for trouble.
  8. that's funny, I knew what TRU was like and I did the same thing last year, just couldn't wait in that line
  9. Read this thread here & it should explain it all to you http://forums.gottadeal.com/showthread.php?t=116247
  10. Thanks for the idea! The line to checkout in TRU is so long every year!!! It's as bad as the line at Best Buy! It goes through the entire store, and if you're buying a bunch of toys you kind of need a cart but you can't push it through the store it's impossible. But for the most part they do have a lot of the toys that are on sale so it's easy to get most of what you want from there (unlike other places that only have 10 in stock). They are opening a new one here next month so it will be interesting to see how BF is there this year.
  11. I have made photo books and calendars and saved them in my account so when I get a good coupon from them or they are running a special I can just go on their website and order it, all the work is already done.
  12. And sometimes they might be hard to find as it gets closer to xmas
  13. I think they only take credit cards or paypal so I don't see how they could steal your bank information. With paypal I always pay with a regular credit card so I could dispute it if there was any problems from anywhere online that I order from. I have ordered photo books from CVS & Shutterfly & there's no difference in the quality. The deck of cards looks like a real deck of cards (except my sons picture is on them). The army tag is totally cool! The calendars are the same quality as anywhere else you get photo calendars. That's all I can speak for, we have not been disappointed with any of it. When you start ordering from they they send you even more coupons and sometimes shipping ones too. I usually wait until I get some type of shipping coupon to order. And sometimes it's cheaper to do 2 orders instead of 1 big one. They do a lot of specials for the first so many orders of certain items every week or 2. Every time I get my stuff from them I wonder how they can afford to do it so cheaply.
  14. I've ordered from them at least 6 times now and plan on ordering some more from them. Their products are great & as described and I haven't been disappointed, in fact the opposite. I've got a calendar for a gift for someone and loved it so much I ordered another for myself, the deck of cards, the army tag (my husband LOVES it!), and several photo books. Sometimes it takes 3-4 weeks to get the stuff because it's shipped from China, but the prices are worth the wait. I've had no issues with the quality of their stuff, I've gotten photo books from Shutterfly & CVS and they are similar in quality. What bad reviews did you read about them?
