With 7 kids plus all the other family we buy for it takes hours, days, weeks, months....lol I wrap while the kids are at school but the kids like to help wrap gifts so I leave the family gifts for them to do :)

I also like getting things that I have heard them say they want. If someone told me what to get them I wouldn.t do it (unless I asked them what they wanted) I would get them what I thought they would like. Oh well if they don't like it it........it is the thought that counts

DD lives with 6 people, all of them are going to their family homes on Christmas Eve but there is one guy that doesnt have anywhere to go. She asked my husband and I if he could stay with us. We have talked about it between ourselves and with our other kids. We figured he could sleep on the couch but the younger girls are scared Santa won't come if he is in the living room. Ugh don't know what to do but i don't feel right about anyone beinging alone on Christmas either I would also have to have a few gifts for him to open and a stocking What are your thoughts?

I do not like the midnight opens. I don't see the point init. I look at it as a whole bunch of people that havent had any sleep driving around and trying to get the next big deal. How safe is that?
