  1. Try Facebook Marketplace, Offerup or Nextdoor if you don't mind used. You can probably get one with several games included. I had purchased Xbox One S for $125 no game or controller several years ago. Recently sold same way to associate's kid for $150. I was going to include a controller for $175 but lost cord since most of my stuff is packed and am in temp housing.
  2. Any thoughts on the Onn brand that Walmart has on sale for $148? Thinking of getting for gift for someone who wants a smart tv if I can order online. Am not going to the store to fight over doorbusters.

  4. Well am I would be all over the 40inch if I was in the market for a tv. I like the GPS at $79 hopefully I can order online since am in Chile for a wedding that weekend. Hopefully Amazon matches Weeds 5 9.99 and Vampire Diaries 1 $12.99 along with other cheap tv seasons because Black Friday tends to be when I buy many of my current show releases. Am interested in other cheap dvds under $5 and Blu-rays under $10. I would have been willing to perhaps wait in line for the GPS if I was in town. Wish they could give other titles instead of saying each title shown and select others.
  5. I buy alot of tv on dvd. Black Friday/Holiday is a excellant time for picking sets up. I usually pick up my sets for $10-20 per season. Some studios like Warner and Fox have more sales then others. Greys Anatomy is put out by ABC (Disney) and like the movies they don't have sales as often. Patiance is key, last fall I picked up ABC titles on sale at Target for $18.
  6. Cheap Blu-ray/DVDs tv shows in partiartular for myself and gift for brother
  7. 1. cheap dvd movies $5 or below and tv seasons $18 or below 2. cheap blu-ray movies $10 and under 3. maybe bigger tv? prefer 32" since the family I have to buy gifts for not into what is on sale my bf shopping is me shopping
  8. Thanksgiving CVS Black Friday not going to camp out but get up around 6 Half Price Meijer Target CC
  9. I got a JVC DR- MV100B Dvd/VCR combo at Sam' Club for about $200. Both sides record and it picks up digital channels out of the box since I have an hdtv. The dvd side records on DVD + and -. Also has ability for dubbing since am trying to convert my homemade tapes to dvd. Warehouse Clubs are usually a good place to get electonics. The local CC ones with digital were closer to $300.
  10. not standing in line but go out later for some cheap dvd sets
  11. Couple years ago was at Meijers first around 12:30am after work. I got my tv once then unwrapthe pallet and was out in about 5minutes. Target was not open so I go to CC wait in checkout line about 2 hours then Target get the cheap dvds I want quickly and home around 9am. Last year I ordered the digital tv I wanted from CC online and went out later for cheap dvds at CC and Target that I could not get cheaper online. Right now am thinking of going out around 7am to CC and Target for cheap dvds and check out Half Price since I'll be near the store in the morning.
  12. The 19 inch Sharp from CC online just arrived and love it. I finally have hd and can see the whole picture since the tv is widescreen. Before my ABC primetime shows were cut off since the channel went to HD already.
  13. Any opinions on the envision(spelling?) 32 inch tv? Meiers is near me and considering the tv?
  14. The ads were sucking anyway so a boycott of certain stores is easy for me. Was considering the ps2 at FYE but nevermind I'll keep my money FYE.
  15. So not worth it to camp out yet. Was hoping for an 32inch HDTV LCD deal so unless the rumor at OD trues out to be true, I'll sleep and check out the cheap dvds later.
  16. Jungle Book will most likely because its the new disney animated
  17. Last year tried 24hour CVS first but prices won't start until 6am so went to meiers for the 20inch LCD for $99 after rebate got there at about 12:30 and wandered around. Noticed a line in electronics so I get in line with a cart. At some point they decide to split the line between the tv I want and the tv combo. Lucky most want the combo. They say that there are a certain number (forgot pricise) many, I count the people ahead of me to figure my odds. When they bring out the pallet there is a mad dash and I do get one. Check out with a couple other items that I had in my cart done around 5:05am. I drive by Target next door but long line and not open so next to that Circuit City. I get my dvds in about 10 minutes and then spent about 2hours in line to pay. Then Target is a breeze, after that I hit CVS and Walgreens I then go home to sleep.
  18. Yea I second this I am hoping for some of the ones on my buy list to show up in the sales
