Stopped at Target this morning on my way to work to get some electrosol tabs that were on sale for $2.66 to use my $2.25 coupons and was SURPRISED to find some Christmas things still left at 90%. (Lewisville, TX - lots of candy canes, cards and bows left) I got a Glade candle with the glass candle holder - marked $4.26 - used a $3.00 coupon and looked at my receipt - the candle scanned even lower - $2.XX so they paid me to take the candle home shhhh, don't tell anyone, I don't want to be arrested for using a coupon on a sale item, LOL!!! (wish I had grabbed a few more as they had a lot of candles left) Got a pair of cute kitchen X-mas towels for .49; Someone shopping while on the phone grabbed all 6 flannel sheet sets that were left - wonder how much she got those for - if I had only been 5 seconds sooner, darn............... Bought 4 Snowflake looking round red and blue X-mas frames marked down to $1.48 Saw a bunch of rubbermaid X-mas containers that were marked down but nowhere near 50% or 90% off - I think they were still 30% off - should of scanned one though - didn't think about that until now, silly me.

Found some Christmas Glade candles marked down this morningin Lewisville, Texas. The Glade candle that comes in the glass dish was marked down to $4.29 - $4.00 coupon = .29; and the small Glade candles in the jar were marked down to $1.49 - $1.00 coupon = .49.

I'm still waiting on two ordered on December 5th and one from November 14 - they reshipped the one from November 14 since I never received it and emailed them about it.

I found the limited edition of XBOX 360 Tony Hawk's Proving Ground marked down from $58.00 to $28.00 on an endcap this weekend. What's funny is that they have just the XBOX360 regular game still priced at $49.99. I'm wondering why they marked down the limited edition of this game so fast - it only came out last month.

This is a brief overview: Every week I take the Sunday circular and my coupons and sit down and first of all see if I have any coupons that match anything that gives back an ECB. If I have a coupon I will definitely buy that product. I also use a $4.00 off $20.00 coupon everytime I go to CVS so I try and keep my purchases to $20.00 each time. If your starting out for the first time - you have to buy whatever is going to give you back an ECB (usually it's a limit of 1 per card).........they will print out on your receipt........then next week I will roll-over my ECB's by using them on items that give you more ECB's. At checkout - I have them scan my card first - then I put everything on the counter - then I hand them the $4.00 off $20.00 coupon - then I hand them my manufacturer's coupons and the very last thing I hand them are my ECB's for that week.

Went to Target this morning before they opened. There were 10 of us in line for ROCKBAND and they only had 16 for XBOX360 - by the time I left they were sold out already. You don't even want to know what they are selling for on Ebay.

DS(11) has had his DS since Christmas 2 years ago. He wanted the PSP so he sold some stuff on Ebay and bought it himself a couple of weeks ago. He prefers the PSP to the DS - says the PSP has better graphics and a bigger screen.

WOO HOO!! - that's the code I've been waiting for, thanks so much for posting it. I also had a $10.00 gift card from turning in points at mypoints so I got 6 items shipped for only $11.44 out of pocket - can't beat that!! Now my Christmas baskets are done.

90% off in Lewisville, Texas this morning!!! I got 4 glass candy dishes with candy corn in them - 2 pumpkins, a witch and a ghost for .49/each; Jones lemon soda - 3 - 4packs for .13/each; A pair of halloween socks that blink for .49; a package of Russell Stover candy for .25. grand total of $3.78 Lots of small costumes left, lots of martini glasses and Darth Vadar helmets with candy in them. Would loved some washcloths but couldn't find any at my store. All they had were the new Christmas colors.

Shipping is $6.76 but I got a pop up saying I qualified for a free trial of Amazon Prime and if I sign up the shipping will be free and upgraded to two-day shipping. Has anyone signed up for Amazon Prime and then canceled it sucessfully without paying $79.99????? Thinking about ordering it.

Received mine yesterday. I think they are very nice for FREE!!! I'm going to get a tool box and open up the package and put all the tools in a nice tool box and add some other stuff - electrical tape, etc. and give it to a male in the family for Christmas - maybe DH as we always are looking for a screwdriver around the house. Another Christmas gift done - lots more to go!!!

Mine printed this morning - .50 - guess I didn't shop much during the summer.

My N.S.E.C.T. shipped today too. Can't wait to play....I mean look at it. Well, I will have to test it out before I put it away for Christmas.

One thing I've learned about Amazon.com - you have to move fast on the good deals - this is the second time I "him hawed" around and missed out on something I really wanted. I just ordered the N.S.E.C.T. too - WOW, shipping would of been $16.80 for that and a little rubbermaid $1.00 container - it's a bargain just not having to pay the shipping. I hope DS(11) likes it. Edited to add: I feel like I got a real bargain now - checked Walmart online and they sell this N.S.E.C.T. for $98.72, even people selling new ones on Ebay are selling them for more than $24.99 with shipping. One Christmas present done...................a lot more to go, LOL!!!

Do you think an 11 year old would like this??? I'm bummed that I missed out on the $24.99 roboreptile and I knew DS(11) was looking at that one last year.
