I have a general idea for what I am looking for, scour the ads as they come online hear at gottadeal, make a note of store opening hours along with items wanted and plan a strategy for the morning..... It doesn't always work out but it helps

1) "Light as a feather, stiff as a board, light as a feather, still as a board" 2) Target employees have some fun on Black Friday when they fake out the crowd by pretending to open the doors a few minutes early 3) The sleep station at the local mall quickly fills to capacity this Black Friday as shoppers struggle to keep from missing deals, after a few minutes rest they will have their second wind.

Year ago when Sears gave out the free gift cards I happened to be first in line. It was a cold morning and I arrived at 4am, waited in the car until another car pulled into the lot then jumped out to be first in line.

OMG, I am so happy to have won, can't wait for the swag.

The blue Gotta Deal shopping bags are great. How about pens and notepad/grocery list type. Flashlights.

1) 15+ years 2) Hopefully less due to great sales 3) Online shopping for the hard to get items 4) 2 5) Maps of the store layout showing where the sale items are located. Stop opening on Thursday for Black Friday.

Walmart was controlled chaos. Home Depot opened a little early which was nice. Gander Mountain had no crowds. Menards was jammed packed and had plenty doorbuster items on hand. Fun times had by all.

Two orders on the way. Used the link here to shop. There are some real bargains to be had.

Fake prelit tree for us. Miss the holiday smell of the real tree but not the needle mess.
