I was in Big Lots today (looking for 10.00 bikes) and I saw some chairs. They were like the 2nd pic, and were 7.99

I am debating going to the NP store this year. Normally I go to Kennesaw. But NP is closer. I am back and forth on this. If I do decide to go to NP, my sis and I would be happy to meet up with you and hubby. I have no problem helpong outa fellow shopper! But like I said, I may end up at Kennesaw. I really think there will be less people there, and thats where I will meet my family. But please PM me or bump this thread so if I do go, I can let you know! I know there are others also who plan on going to NP. Maybe some will speak up! lol.

My big lots didnt have any either. But they did explain it to me. She said that what is the 3, 5, and 10.00 clearance stuff, its what is left from last christmas. She said the bikes were 20.00, so it made perfect sense that they would be marked down to 10. But my store didnt have any at all. She said they will be getting bikes in before christmas, and should be ~ 20.00 again. HTH.

I agree. My dd's are 4 & 6. 16" is perfect for them, my 6 yr old is avg height, and my 4 yo is VERY tall for her age. She's the tallest kid in her entire preschool. I think 10 or 12 inch would be more suited for a 3 year old. Unless your kid is a giant like mine! lol.

Those are new releases. Your best bet on new releases (coming from a wife of EB Games mgr) is Target. Alot of times they will mark tehm to 38.88. If you combine that with the 5.00 coupon, you will save quite a bit.

For my girls (4 & 6) I do toothbrushes, a DVD each, sall toys (got some great ones clearanced 90% off at CVS, so like .59 each), pencils, crayons, maybe a barbie. And Hubby gets DVDs, toothbrush, cologne, etc.

Wow! Trees must be really expensive in my area. We usually get one from a roadside stand. Used the same guy past 5 years. We pay ~55-75 for a 6 to 7 foot tree. I wasnt a 10.00 tree!

I am gonna have to check to see if ours has the bikes! 16" is exactly what I need, and I need 2 of them!

Kmart usually does 70% off, but they usually do that quite often.

Nope! All my gifts are in a big pile in my closet, and I have a list of what goes to who. Thats it. And I just wrap so that each paper looks like it has about the same amount under the tree. Its just basically a free for all.
