  1. Welcome! As for why you would want several of the same coupons...its called stockpiling :) When something can be had for extremely cheap or free with coupons, people (like me, lol) buy enough to last until the next time it goes on sale. Why buy coupons? See previous reply. Its alot cheaper to buy coupons for .10 each than to buy 10 sunday papers at $2 each :) Check out our couponing forum, I'm sure you will find all kinds of info there.
  2. Just FYI...not sure if you have Ingles where you live, but I saw on another board that they had the single iams treats for $.99 each, and people were able to use the coupon to get them free!
  3. I would guess it will go 50% off on sunday. They usually run it in the ad for 2 weeks, then drop it down. So i m assuming 50% off Sunday.
  4. hehe, I have a nice collection as well :)
  5. Hey, us Perimeter Perusers are a 1337 bunch of people! LOL
  6. I found the Britax Parkview today! It was on the regular shelf, but had a red sticker of 67.98. I scanned it, and it was 24.98. So guess who has a carseat in the back of the van? lol. My son isnt quite ready for it yet, but he will be soon enough. I could never afford to pay $100 for a booster seat, but for the same price as a cheap one, I'll take it!
  7. OK, We are considering purchasing a dual screen DVD player for the van. (yes, it needs to have 2 screens) The cheapest I have seen in-store is at Target for $179.99. Is there a better deal out there?
  8. Nope, they are not in a box. It was in a plastic package. The kind you have to cut open. Looked really cool, but I can see it now, lol. Soda...or COKE...everywhere! So I passes. I believe they were 1.48 at my store, but I could be mistaken on that.
  9. They usually do it for a hile. Seems like 2 weeks maybe? It will go down again as well. At least the red tags will. I have seen red tags go down to 90% off :) At the Kohls I went to, I did not see any khakis on clearance, but they did have men's Levi's that would have been ~5.00 each. HTH.
  10. Its true! I went yesterday looking for chool clothes. I ended up getting a Bali bra for 1.75, InteracTV with bonus Dora game 12.xx (was 69.99!) abd kots of other stuff. Total was 25.xx, saved over 140! BTW...yellow tags are 70% off the lowest price, and Red tags are 75% off (and the price is much lower to start with)
  11. Well, I headed out yesterday in hopes of finding a car, and birthday presents for my oldest DD who will be 7 on Sunday. My intent was to get her a cheapy digicam, maybe a $30 or so camera. WRONG! lOL. I hit 75% of toys, so i got alot, hhe. I got a Bratz Genie Magic genie, that she has been asking for forever, orig 39.99, marked 9.98. I got a Bratz Spring Break doll, 3.74. Baby Bratz, 1.95. Snow White doll 2.48. Video Now media wizards 1.24. I got toher toys as well. Also hit shoes at 75%, so I got the kids each some shoes at 3.xx each pair.
  12. My stores ALWAYS sell out very early the 1st day But I will be there sunday morning!
  13. Thanks! I have a $5 off $25 coupon i have been holding onto!
  14. In the CC sale ad this week it says Huge Video Game clearance.....so if they werent showing up these prices before, they should be now!
  15. Going tonight to get the pics made! Thanks again for the posts! I'm using the 9.95 coupon :)
  16. haha, hubby forwarded this email to me as a hint hint :)
  17. Thnks! I'm gonna see if I can get an appt before fathers day!
  18. The 50% off is typically for a weekend only. They will do another one soon tho!
  19. Actually, they are legal in GA now. They made them legal a coupoe of years ago :)
  20. My daughter brought home a paper on the last day of school from 4H. Here is what it says: Six Flags over GA 45th anniversary 4-H regular ticket price (adults, youth, & seniors) $30.00 2 & under free [Gate price: Adults $53 Youth & seniors $31.80 youth must be under 48 inches, seniors 55 or older] Available now-Aug. 14 Dawson County Extension Dawson County Agricultural Service Center 298 Academy Ave. 706-265-2442 I dont know what area you live in, but check your local Ag extension. I think pretty much every county does this through 4H. Too bad they dont have white water tix as well!
  21. I cannot use my CC at the moment. Would anyone here be so kind as to order these for me? I would send either cash or money order to you to cover the costs & extra for your trouble!
  22. As a mom of 3 kids, I have been through alot of carseats. My son is currently using the seat Nate described, from the program that Mld described, lol. These are the seats our fire department reccomended, and they gave me the one my son is in now. I have had probably every brand except Britex (although my oldest used a Britax booster). I have to say that i disagree with the harnsess slots being low. I have very, ummm.....big? children, both height wise, and chunky. To me, this seat fits just as well, harness is fine, and no other issues. I will agree that the padding is not much, but its exactly the same on any brand's basic model. Some of the $150-$200 seats I've looked at had no padding. But for a 2nd car, I'd say this is just fine. It's kept my son safe!
  23. Hmm....alot of the items i see on here are items I saw last time they did this. I wonder if they are actually doing it again?
  24. We have 2 auto policies, as well as renters insurance with State Farm. I occasionally check around, and even though my premium went UP a few times, its still a better price than i could find from any other reputable company. It was a nice surprise to see my payment had dropped about $12/mo this month though! We get discounts for multiple cars, multiple lines of accounts (renters/auto), safe driving, and a few others. I have been very happy with thim, and have been with State Farm since I bought my car 5 years ago.
  25. yippie! I have been waiting for them to go to 75%! Looks like I know what I'll be doing theis weekend!
