Okay, after reading just the thread title, I must give you my best answer to the question: Make sure you are there before the 6th, 7th, and so on customers. And I am just poking fun. :)

I agree. I suggest you get a Gameboy Advance SP, and do NOT get just the Gameboy Advance. I have added pictures to help make sure you distinguish the difference. The one on the left is just a Gameboy Advance. The one on the right is the Gameboy Advance SP. The GBA, does NOT have a back light screen, though you can buy a back light attachment. So when playing games, the room must be well lite or they won't be able to see the game. They are much older. The GBA SP has a lighted screen, and if I recall from the ones I have seen, you may be able to either turn the light off if you want. Can't confirm this though. This one also folds, this will help with preventing the screen getting broke.

I have never seen/heard of TRU using the ticket system. Honestly, my suggestions to you, be there VERY early if this is a popular item, before the doors open. Wear comfy clothing and shoes, as our TRU checkout lines wrap all the way around the store up and down aisles. Good luck!

This is not really a good clarification, however, I just called my local TRU store and asked your question. The staff member stated that usually when they have these sales the ones that will be that price are just the ones that are pictured. HTH - and just remember, she may be wrong.

Honestly, if I were you, since you say you live in a small town, I would ask your neighbors or just someone you see shopping at the store prior to BF.
