If you call corporate/office, mention to them how far of a drive it is to the Old Navy store. Ask them if they would instead let you place the order with them over the phone. Or if they are willing to reimburse you the gas it costs to get there and back. Or give you an additional percentage off for all of your troubles and poor customer service. It never hurts to ask, the worse they will say is no.
