Yes you should. I called about my PA last night, and never got an email, nor did it show on my Invoice. So I called this afternoon, and the guy did it right. I got an email confirmation within 20 minutes and it shows on the invoice, though it takes 2-3 days to actaully receive. HTH

Possible, you can always give it a try, just don't fully submit the order (unless you want to) to see if it will work.

And I will add, even if you are told/emailed that you will get your price adjustment, do NOT assume that it will get done and then forget about it. Always check your account (whichever account they say they will credit), just keep in mind it usually takes a few days for the PA. This holds true for ALL companies, not just Amazon.
