My son is 12 and wants a PS4. My daughter is 10 and she says the kids that have an xbox one said they don't like it. Either is fine for playing the sports games like Madden. Don't worry too much about what games come with it, you can always take those games to gamestop and trade them in on the games they do want. in most of these packages they're basically giving you the games for free. What i have noticed is the prices were dropped for the Xbox one but every PS4 ad on BF is all at $399. Xbox One's price is lower because they are being outsold.

The new AC game just came out yesterday so it's a $59 game. AC Black Flag is an older game and probably in the $30-$40 range

I love costco but that policy of listing how much off is annoying. It's not limited to BF they do it in their regular monthly ads too

Right they're 60hz or if you look at the specs they only have 2 HDMI connections.

Not a big fan of their tv offerings. I think there are better ones elsewhere. Looks like they're trying to go all in on the 4k market for BF.

The Xbox one deal in the target ad is really good Target is having the same $399 deal that Dell is on teh ps4

I saw a last of us ps4 bundle on ebay for $380

is that the same 55" inch tv that dell has? (samsung)

Maybe someone with a Xbox 1 can chime in as to the size of the games etc. We have a 360 but we got the bigger hard drive on it just to make sure there were no issues.

Is he playing the games from a disc or does he purchase and download them from xbox live? I would think if he's buying the physical discs and playing then you don't need the bigger HD

There are several differences. There's a major difference in time allotted to either one. Many of the BF ad prices actually drop late on Wednesday night so you're not missed quality family time then. To me the thursday issue more about the families of the workers that have to work because of it (like my wife) instead of me.

It's a good bundle keep in mind each game is worth $50-$60 new each and if your kid is an Assassin's Creed fan like mine it's ideal.

Interesting note scrolling through them. Amazon had advertised that Prime members would get 30 minute early acccess to lightning deals, but scrolling through todays deals that is only applicable to certain items, not all of them.

If the cost difference doesn't matter to you I would get the 3ds instead of the regular DS that way in case they find a 3ds game they really want they can play it while still playing all their favorite 2ds games all on the same device.

my wife works at kohls. they start expanded hours starting nov 1 i believe stores on weekdays will be open til 11 and on weekends til midnight. Mid november they go to midnight every night
