Absolutely! We do this here. I have my son choose a gift and my daughter will get to that this year too....We pay for them and then drop them in the box. My son loves doing this...has been doing it since he's 4!

Oh and Pam, quick question..I wentto another Target yesterday who also had the Batman game on clearance, but for 7.98 instead of the 3 and change I bought it for at another Target...I scanned it and it came up at 7.98....do you know why that would be? Does each store decide when to further markdown or is that corporate? You would think I would know this, I used to work at Target in the early 90's.....old age playing havok on me!!! LOL LOL Just figured maybe you or someone here would have a clue as to why this is. I also noticed it with several other items......

now this will all depend on what Target I want to visit. My favorite Target is about 25 min away, but I do have one that is about 15. Not to crazy about that one though. The one that is 25 min away also has a walmart,tru and kohls nearby ( within 10 min) ...so I am thinking I am going 25 min away! LOL

Hey there...sorry didnt get back on here last night...anyhow the mixer: It's a stand mixer that is detachable, the mixer comes off so you could use it as a hand mixer as well. The model # is 64695 upc code :040094646951 IMO The glass bowl that is comes with is worth way more than 8 bucks!!! It also comes with the dough hooks. I think they are making way for the new model, the new one has a different patterned class bowl. Hope that helps! Saw the at target today, I just dont think it will hold my 11 year olds sons intrest long enough to justify buying it! Gonna skip this one!

NOTHING....he just bought himself a Harley, so Merry Christmas to him, early. I am buying myself a digital camera and I want one of those dvd recorder things too..... I buy my own gifts...DH is a spazz!

I have some Best Buy bucks from Mickey D's....you think I will be able able to use them toward purchases on BF? All it says on the thing is Restrictions apply, and exp. 12/3/05.....maybe I should check the website?

Just re-looked at the full walmart ad on here and they are gonna have it for $79 and change on BF....

TRU, Target and Khols... dont really go anywhere else...although I wouldnt mind peek at the best buy ad...I want a new digital camera!

When hubby and I go together, we go out to breakfast when we are done. Last year I went alone and came home wrapped everything,probably what will happen this year as well.

Ok I was at my Target (Long Island) this am, and I saw TONS of dvd/vcr combos, TONS of toaster ovens and some other cooking thing that I cant remember right now (duh) and then in toys, Stacked on top of the shelves...Little people,chutes and ladders,Candyland, Vsmiles, leap pads, and lots of Dora talking houses. Aqua doodles,the reg and the animals. I did notice an over abundance of CPK babies too. Ah yes its gonna be fun! Oh and in their clearace I got the tiny bratz rock n roll set for $3.48!!!! They also had Miss Spiders' characters with purse for $2 and change! I cannot wait for BF!!!!!

Went to Target today and they still had some christmas stuff....got a few rolls of paper for like $0.48...and got 4 of their Angel stocking holders for $.99 each!! I was stoked about that! Grabbed a few of their silver and blue bows too! My target also had 5 aisles of toys that were 50% off. picked up polly pocket sets for my nieces birthday for 4 bucks a piece...they also had a lot of baby toys, peek-a-blocks and that type of stuff....it was a good trip...wish I had more extra cash to spend though!!

very cool.....hopefully there will be some good stuff Sunday! Went today to my local store and they still had tons of holiday stuff at 50%.....didnt really have time to rummage but will take a trip on sunday! Thanks!!!!
