ugg, this sucks!

I bought the poloroid printer from buy.com on the 15th of December. They said it was shipped, when in fact FedEx never received the package. They said if they sent a replacement I could not get the rebate (WHAT? I STILL don't get that!) but that they could issue me a refund. I'm curious to see how this goes through since I used google checkout. I don't have my hopes set too high, but I had BETTER get my $$$$ back!

the van heusen stores (van heusen, geoffrey bean, bass, and izod) used to offer the shipping directly from the store as well. i'm not sure if they do or not anymore.

wonder if this is any good, is it for full size dolls or are the dolls barbie size?

It's poor customer service when a CHILD IS INJURED and the company doesn't care! Sure, there are ALWAYS exceptions to the rules! This should be one of those times.

I would definetly call Target corp, I would also see if there is somewhere that you can call like the place that forces recalls, I don't know what that is called I'd be ticked and would TAKE ACTION! I'm sorry your daughter got hurt, hopefully her wrist will be better today!

the best deal has to be the mickey trike and the little tykes toy sets, but my favorite was the new balance shoes from joes outlet for $20!

REBATES SUCK! I'm waiting on $100 from Staples. Luckily I know that I'll get it since it's all done through their easy rebate system, but if I get it in 8 weeks I'll be lucky!

i got 3, one for dh and 2 for the living room for my daughters toys. i wish the stitching weren't lighter than the faux leather and that there were more padding on the top, but hey for $10, it's nice!

I've never had any problems with Buy.com. Sorry you have though. I agree with the previous poster - check with the shipping company for the weight. To the person who said they are waiting for 2 weeks for a book - have you checked the tracking number on your order? I have never had a problem since they ALWAYS give tracking numbers!
