Still haven't received it. E-mailed customer service and was told the order would ship by the 31st, still haven't received shipping notification e-mailed them again yesterday, too bad they've lost a customer at this point. i'm waiting on that shipment so I can finish up a baby gift!

This doesn't explain why the rebates from BF are going on 9 weeks now. Says "check mailed" and it's not here. I konw what I'm looking for, I've gotten them in the past. Ridiculous that it's taking so long for EVERYONE to get their Staples rebates!
