An issue with upload is that wherever she is uploading them might compress them, or the file size she shot it in was small and when uploading it they might have tried to stretch it to fit. There are a million factors that can hamper video quality - it's not just the camera. Lighting, what you're shooting etc. (usually lighting, lol.)

It's typical. Their stuff is expensive at regular price. They didn't put Pink on sale last year, unfortunately. They usually do a free tote with a XX amount purchase, BOGO 50% on bras, maybe a free lip gloss with xx amount of purchase, and the "next time purchase secret dollar amount" cards.

I'd do Kohls online, it goes up early. Everything people have said here about Kohls on BF is that it is madness and their two cashier area setup is a disaster.
