FYI their coupon is off the 'list price' not their marked price. Not sure what that might be, but I remember trying to use a coupon last year and it was more expensive than 'on sale' some place else.

Keep checking Buy.com. They had some yesterday for $119. My Target is still stocking the Brown one for $199 - maybe they will mark them down? Also, Radio Shack has all colors for $149.00 if you can find them around you and that's in your budget. Good luck.

It looks like Walmart has it in stock. I just get nervous doing this and didn't know if they could tell it didn't come from there or what? You definitely got farther than I did. I got my first answer that basically just said what I could already check on my status page. I then sent another email stating that rumors are floating that these will not ship. The next rep told me the same status info again and said they are doing their best and the ship date it not definite just a guideline based on inventory and status when the order was placed. They said they realized it was a Christmas present, yada yada yada. I am still hoping it will get here, but am not holding my breath and still looking at other options. I would like one, so if I end up with two - Merry Christmas to me! LOL

mychza - I agree - dumb store - my sister and I each used 2 coupons yesterday and paid the $7.00 for each of our 4 sets, no questions or anything. We are in Ohio where the DC is though - so maybe the clerks are more used to it. I'd try another store. We have quite a few here. One outdoor mall even has two!

I got a nano for my daughter last year from Apple. It did come in a plain brown box. Knowing my daughter, I bought a case and a itunes card and took the nano out of the packing box and put all the items in another box. It's still working great and she is none the wiser!

Sorry you had so many problems. I usually have no difficulty with them and they seem ready to help.
