I usually shop by myself. However this year my daughter wants to go. She is 12. I don't really need anything so she is going to go look at the walmart dvds. Last year she loved the ones I got so bringing her to let her pick out some more. Im pretty much done with her so there is no reason she couldn't go. I told her she had to take a nap after eating dinner. Haha

I know last year I missed out on a bunch of the Walmart dvds as I was too late. Came home and by 6am Amazon had EVERY one of the Walmart dvds at the same price or better. So this year I will buying all my Dvds on line in the comfort of my own home

This thread got me to think too: Paid all cash. no credit card debt at all.. 10 yr old daughter: Not exact, but she got a 37" tv, component stand, wall mount, and dvd blue ray player, plus all her other items: Around $800 dollars altogether 16 yr old son: Ipod Touch 32 GB, case, Xbox Kinect, games plus all his other items (xbox 360 headset, Harddrive, Xbox live card etc): Around $600-$800 My nieces and nephews: $100 or so Parents Giftcards etc:$100 Husband: Laptop, Michigan snuggie, Michigan Hoodie/hat, and wallet, and GPS unit: $550 or so. Total is around $3000 spent. had $2000 saved in cash the rest came out of my checking using my debit card.

Clearance items are pretty much non existent in my Targets. Talked to my one friend who is on the markdown team. Said it will pick up after christmas. all the usually endcaps are reserved for boxes gift sets. They currently only have ONE shelf of clearance.

I bought the Tom Tom XXL too! We love it! Couldn't wait for christmas. My husband has it in his vehicle. Programmed so easily too. Paid $129 w/ no tax and free shipping. Target has the same model for sale in store for $259!! I'm so glad we bought it when we did

Went into my Justice last night. No zebras. Just dogs and bumblebees.

I saw several reviews and that's why I didn't want the Westinghouse. I opted for the 37" Vizio Target had for $399. It's for my daughter's bedroom. I had a $100 Target Giftcard to use plus my Target Red card with an additional 5%. It came out to be a super deal. Vizio seems to be a less expensive option for the larger LCD tvs. Good reviews too for the most part.

I've never seen the zebra or giraffe. Thankfully my daughter wanted the monkey. Bought off Walmart as that is the one that keeps selling out around me. Picked up at the store the other day.
