My mom passed away in July so I know it's not going to be shopping as usual. I've already started just in case it becomes too much to handle the closer it gets. We only buy for the small ones on both sides of the family expect for parents, kids & grandkids. Also have 2 granddaughters with birthdays coming up in Nov & Dec. For their bdays: soon to be 12: makeup case 4 bottles of neon fingernail polish new purse wallet /cell phone holder set soon to be 10 Hannah Montana purse (got @ walmart online for $4) Hannah Montant wallet Hannah Montana sleeping bag / tote set (got @ Walmart for $15) Hannah Montana barrettes (do you see a theme here? For Christmas: 12 yr old: purple satin sheets High School Musical nail/pedicure set High School Musical bath set **not sure what else** 10 yr old" Pearl White mp3 player Hannah Montana fleece throw Hannah Montana nail/pedicure set Hannah Montana bath set **not sure what else All of the above came from their list that I received couple of weeks ago. 11 yr old great niece: Pink MP3 player (she really wants this!!) 11 yr. old great nephew Black MP3 player 8 yr old great nephew Red MP3 player We have custody of my oldest stepson's little boy (be 2 in Jan) so already have for him Leapfrog Little Leaps (Walmart had on clearance for $30 got it at Ross for $15.99) 4 games for the above Thomas the Train puzzle ** going to get him a riding/pedal motorcycle **anything Thomas the train Going to get my other niece's 3 boys (1,3 & 5) each a small learning laptop each different so there will be no "he's got mine" Have a granddaughter that will be one in Jan and another that will be one in April. Have each of them a small, soft doll with their name embordered on it. Not sure what else 2 of my daughter in laws photo albums no idea what else! DS that's in college is BIG Dallas Cowboys fan so got him a couple of small things for his dorm room. Everyone else have NO CLUE!

We eat @ MIL around 2, I'm responsible for bringing the ads! Later we go to my niece's for dessert and leave the guys with the kids while we ladies go to Kmart and sometines Walmart. We started this around 8 yrs ago. My brother past away last yr in May and I wasn't in my BF shopping mode even with DH offering to go and do all the driving, we didn't do Kmart on TG either. I know this year is going to be even worse My mom passed away in July Guess we will just have to play it by ear and see how everyone is coping. I'm already shopping and have gotten my great neice and 2 great nephews small beginner MP3 players online so that's 3 presents down and know what I'm going to get the 3 smaller ones just trying to decide if I want to wait to see if it goes on sale or not. Hope there are some really good deals starting soon!

Is this the BF price?

I am completely clueless about MP3 /IPod's so wou;d appreciate any advise / ideas. Looking for something ds can use while working out, walking across campus, etc. He is sophomore in college any suggestions as to which MP3 or IPod is best, price, place to buy, etc. The older they get the harder it gets. He's happy with cash but would like to get him a couple of gifts also. Thanks for any help!

We also go every year! Even if there's nothing in the ad we want. We have a late lunch at MIL, then around 5-6 go to my family, all us females go to Kmart and leave the guys and kids at home! Got a great coffee maker one year for $3.00, yes that's 1,2,3 dollars! They had 2 of them, I got 1, niece got one the others were not happy with us! Sister also got her grandson a bike that was regular $179.00 for $49.99. We have already been talking about what time we will get to my family's house so we can go!

Kodak Easyshare C533 5MP Digital Camera Bundle anyone have idea what is included in bundle? Son is freshmen in college and wants one, since I had to go buy a new laptop last week (screen on his got cracked) not going to have a lot to spend. Any opinions on this one?

My son is a freshman in college so its hard to buy for him. Last yr we got him a laptop. He mentioned the other day he'd kinda like to have a digital camera. Any suggestions on which one(s) are the best? I was looking at the Kodak with printer dock. Any suggestions??? Thanks!

That's the way our's has worked in the past. I'm seriously thinking of getting the Acer at Staples and then getting the desktop from Office Depot. I know you have to order but it's for me and I'm in no hurry. Will have to wait until I can get an ad I can read. I'm more concerned about the laptop since it's for my teenage son! If I do this then I don't have to stand out in the cold all night!

If I go stand in line all night at Best Buy to get the tickets for the laptop & Emachine desktop could I leave after I get the ticket to go check out Staples laptop then come back to BB before sale time ends and pick up my merchandise (if I don't get laptop at Staples). If I did buy Staples I would just give my BB ticket to some else. :) I have $ off cards from work at Staples I might be able to use and I want to check out the printer deal they have if you buy a laptop. They are close by and don't really expect them to have a big line, but you never know
