I know this is probably kind of late... but I just ordered this for my godson on Amazon for 35 dollars with free shipping.:)
i was able to get two from TRU. one for my son and one for my nephew. 34.99 plus if you spent over 75 you get $10 gift card which I proptly turned around and spent on the second batch of toys! Worked out well! thx

\How do you find the unadvertised clearance?
The kitchen items happened because they hadnt fully gone thru their shelves. There were two signs for the same products but at different % off...so I asked the department person which was correct. Since the signs werent dated she started scanning stuff...then she was pullling stuff left and right....but I really could only see needing the two things I got. But there were nice tongs for 5, whisks for 3-4, etc... I just didnt need them nor use them as christmans gifts.

ugggh, I feel like I am in a Target funk! for the last several weeks I have been shopping all of my very close targets to see if anything wonderful (legos, house stuff, etc) went clearance and I think my store has done there seasonal thing and packed it all up.
I guess I will just have to wait to get my next Target thrill in January....(I am in Orange Park fl near Jax just in case anyones store still has clearance)

I think a bunkie mattress is only foam.
You're probably better off buying a real mattress.
Got the Serta Twin mattress for day beds and bunk beds. No bunkie board either just the mattress. $99....thanks everyone!

I dont even need a set. There is something called a bunkie mattress which the big lots guy said will work for a captains bed since I wont need the bottom mattress...But I have to go check the quality/thickness etc...

I was just looking at the Ad for BIG LOT and Im not sure if you have a Big Lots in FL but they have Serta Twin Mattress for $99.00 this week.....I"ll keep a look out!

I see tons of mattress places but no deals for twin top mattress only for a 4 year old.....maybe I am looking in the wrong places. I just bought him a Captains bed so we dont need the set of beds only the top one. I am in or near Jacksonville Fl.

Overheard Target employees saying that they would have alot of employees in the store tomorrow am "because of what was going on Sunday am"
Now I heard earlier in the week there would be a district or reginoal MGR coming thru but maybe this is something different....large markdown...extra stock...or maybe just employees get to do something special...does anyone know? is there a special day for employees to shop with a discount...

I have a special needs GD and I am looking for gifts for her nurses. She has 6 of them that come into the house and they are just wonderful with her. Since I have to buy for so many any good deals would help. I already bought bags to put the goody's in, now I just have to find them

Find a local manicure place and see if you can get a deal on just a soak and polish should be $5-7 dollars...not the full 1 hour pedicure..or just talk tothe owner and tell them the situation...maybe you can get a deal with them and maybe they will end up with new business....

How does the clearance markdown vary by store?
If an item at a target store is market down 75% at one store and only 50% at a neighboring store, how long can we expect the other store to hit 75%?

Each target, no matter how close serves a certain basic clientelle. For instance, there is a small target in orange park in a much higher priced (housing is 2-3 times as expensive as ones 5 miles away) they seem to have less clearance of some things. I have several theories on this.
Basically, I think the decorating stuff gets purchased at a faster rate, furniture higher dollar wall decorations etc., the new brand name lines of clothes, especially for teens goes faster and the volume of the store is not stocked as high too.
where as my super target in my city and the supertarget 5 miles away next to the naval base has a much wider range of clientele and the shelves are fully stocked....example, shampoo....stocked all the way back to the back wall of shelf where as the smaller store may only have 4-5 bottles deep....there for less product to go to clearance.
I think it is hard to predict what will be left in any store but the better each store is at managing inventory (watching volumes and not just letting the computer order 10 of an item when you are getting ready to reset or clearance an area makes a big difference.)
I have four all within a 10 mile radius over two cities and the best ones for clearance are always the supertargets.
Its part of the fun of the chase for the deal!

Target on Wells in Orange Park fl (near Jacksonville) They must have a DM coming in soon because they were marking stuff down left and right and they had a crew polishing and scraping the floors. The place was very straight, although I will say Target is usually very straight but today there was a difference. Some mark downs in Camping area, shoes, households. They were resetting the high priced hair shampoos and and clearancing them out. Same for some of the flatirons and hair dryers. . There were 3 Aisles, yes aisles of bras, two quads of panties, lots of socks.
Kids clothes were only at 30 % and there was nothing spectacular.
Starbucks bars went lower than 90 but I dont know how much lower as they were just pulling them from the register candy area and said they would be lower...however, none have the peel off coupons like another poster saw.
I was hoping for stocking stuffers and co worker goodies! -
True (I refuse to buy that brand and organic valley who is not as corupt but they don't have as many checks and balances since they are so big) but I would love to find that deal in case of a natural or not so natural disaster.
Where were these horizon milks located? Was there a coupon? What did I miss? thx

Does anyone know how much $$ Target usually starts at. I know different towns, different pay but I am looking for ball park...my daughter has had a job in the hospital for 2 years in dietary, doing all sorts of things from cashier, stocking storage rooms to working directly with patients on their menu orders.....She would technically be new to cashiering as she has only had to fill in here and there for a few minutes..
