We just got back sun. from WDW and saw their display at Disney/MGM studios. The whole back lot was lit up! it was unbelievible!

Contact your local store and ask for the number to Ben Hill.Iused to work for them(HD) Ben Hill is the complaint hotline.This Dept. takes things seriously.or they did afew years ago.DON'T GIVE UP! when you get the right person heads will roll. High Management will protect its customers!

I think everyone that bought one has it up for bid on e-bay. that might be your only hope before Christmas. But it will cost ya.

way to go kulkel for standing your ground! It doesn't matter where you shop you are always going to run across employees that have been rushed into service.ALWAYS keep your ad with you and if you are right you have to stand your ground! I'm amazed at people that allow themselves to be bullied into paying for something they don't want. Good Job!
