did you find out yet who won? -
Pawley's Island hammocks are the BEST. They are pricey, but well worth the money spent.

We've had Virgin Mobile for over 3 years at our house and love it. I have one DD13 has one and so does DD17. If you paid $20 for a phone and didn't buy it from the Virgin Mobile website, I'd return it if I were you. Virgin Mobile's website normally has a phone for $20 and with that you get $20 worth of minutes when you activate it online. And they don't charge for shipping. So, it's like getting the phone for free. Best Buy on Black Friday always runs some type of special on the Virgin Mobile phones. I've only had Virgin Mobile as a prepaid phone (before I had a contract with Altell). There are so many plans to chose from. Check out their website for all the plans they offer - besides the pay as you go plan. I've never had an issue with them and I keep an eye on calls in and calls out on both of my kids phone. You can log into your account and see who they have been calling and texting (but you can't see the text messages online), what time the call was and how long it lasted and how much you were charged. http://www.virginmobileusa.com/

I get those coupons all the time on my receipts. It varies from time to time, I've never gotten the same coupon twice either. -

If it scans, why would they give you a hard time? Sometimes from what people have said you'd think that the Target cashiers have to have the coupons taken out of their paycheck. -
lol .. that exactly what I was thinking. Nothing worse than dropping a wad of dough only to hear your child say .. I'm bored.

Best Pre-paid cell phone carrier
AndreaInNC replied to tokanm's topic in Deal Finder & Deal Discussion
see my note above - you can set your account to autotop up every 90 days with a credit card or paypal and only have to do $15 every 90 days instead of $20. -

We have been Virginmobile customers in our house for over 3 years and we love it. If you are setting up a new account, I'd go to their website and see what kind of phone specials they are running. Most of the time, you'll get a phone for $20 and you'll get $20 worth of airtime when you set the phone up online. You "topup" every 90 days regardless if you have a balance or not. If you select to auto-topup, you can do that for as little as $15.00 every 90 days. Your money rolls - so if you don't use it - you won't lose it. Virgin runs off the Sprint network. Calls are 18 cents a minute - you just learn to talk really fast. Voicemail is free, as are calls to voicemail. Text messages are 5 cents to send or receive. -
Southwest no longer allows pets in the cabin unless they are a service animal. I've been on a flight before with an animal and the animal whimpered and cried the entire 2 hour flight. The flight attendants were helpful in moving me away from the animal as I was in tears as I could not stand listening to the poor dog. The airlines are not mandated to tell you about pets in the cabin. Some do, but not all. And with summer upon us, most airlines will not allow pets in cargo from May 1 to Sep 30 (dates might be incorrect) but smaller pets are allowed in the cabin. All airlines tweek their schedules at the first of every month - not just Air Tran. Sometimes they take a flight out of operation alltogether. If the change is not convenient for you - you do not have to accept it. That's the downside of booking months in advance, the flights you booked are more than likely not going to be the flights you booked and paid for. I'm glad you got some type of a reply from the airline. Most of them do not have their customer service reps for past dated travel work on the weekends so sometimes 72 hours isn't really realistic.

to be honest with you - she'd be disappointed. At that age, their imagination is huge - she probably can image what some of these castles look like inside. Especially if she went to Neuschwanstein Castle (aka Cinderella's castle) - it's huge inside and not decorated in a princessey type way. Some of the castle we visited were actually empty inside. She will probably get bored quick too. A trip to Europe right now with the dollar being so weak will cost you an arm and a leg and she probably won't remember most of it when she's older. I'd suggest waiting - but that's just me. I plan on taking my kids to Europe when they are 18 and 14.

Like another poster mentioned, it doesn't come preloaded with any songs. yes, you can dowload from Walmart.com and store it on your computer with Windows Media Player, then move it to the MP3 player. -
I got this email too and I am just a regular rewards member. It's not at my local BB, but one that's like 15 miles away. You have to provide the email that was sent to get into the event.

You should still save your receipt anyway if you still have it. Anything can happen in 5 years time. I had an airline ruin a piece of luggage, when they ripped the wheel off. They told me it was their policy not to cover any damage to anything that extends off of the suitcase, and that included wheels.

I bought one of the Fusion players and one of the Disney max clip (freaky friday) and it works just fine. I went to the fusion website and I think they have only put out about 6 titles. All of which have been mentioned here. -
SAVE YOUR RECEIPT!!!! I purchased this set on BF - it's the one with the spinner wheels. One of the zippers broke on one of the suitcases after using it a total of 2 times. The luggage comes with a 5 year warranty. When I called the manufacturer, I was told that the set I purchased was a one of a kind deal made just for BF and that they would not be able to repair or replace the suitcase. He told me that if I could provide them with a receipt, they would mail me a gift card for Target for the purchase price. I wish I'd read some of the reviews of this brand before I bought it - none of it is positive. The luggage is pretty bad and poorly made.

I picked up one of the Fusions for myself this weekend. Can't beat 19.99 for a 1GB MP3 player. I got Spongebob. Loading it now with my favorite songs. Also got in on the Pepsi/Frito Deal on Saturday. I printed the coupons from the coupon generator and they all scanned with no problems. Used the Pepsi one and the Frito Lay one. -
What happen to saying "Hello!"
AndreaInNC replied to thearmstrongs's topic in Deal Finder & Deal Discussion
I don't think it's just retail. In my office, I'll be walking down the hall and you'd be surprised how many people will purposely avoid looking at you. I make a point to say hello to anyone I pass by regardless if they are trying to ignore me or not.
