no clue. I heard about the promo from a GD in NJ and I'm in NC. There was no signage at my Target, but I scanned the ones they had mentioned which are the ones with the small free samples on the front and the ""gift card promo"" showed on the scanner.

this isn't a clearance deal - but it is a good deal! Olay body wash promo 5.50 each - buy 3 and you get a $5 Target gift card. Olay is running a promo that if you purchase 3 items you get a $15 rebate. The Venus razors are buy 2 get a $5 gift card as well. And it was coupon heaven for me. oh and to make matters with Best Buy worse - I went in to price match an item that HH Gregg had on sale this week. I have always done PMs at the registers. I have 2 Targets that are about 7 miles apart. They are both on different pricing schedules. So I can go to one Target and an item will be one price - but that other Target will have it at an entirely different price. If you want it that bad - buy it now and then check to see if it drops. When it does, buy it and return the one you paid full price for. Target will not do a price adjust on a clearance item, but they will let you return it within 90 days. If it never goes on sale, you can still return it as long as it is unopened.
