BF in this area seemed to be a bust.. No BIG excitment, no real need for police, and the sales this year were either for crappy equipment or good be obtained at multiple stores. The Thanksgiving day sale at K-mart seemed bigger than todays. Location: Portland, TX

32" Olevia LCD TV from Kmart! $419.00 plus 8.25% tax People waited 3+ hours this morning for only 5 vouchers, which is odd because the manager told us the day before that they where going to have 7. Hmmmm..... Anyone wonder where the other 2 went?? lol.. Tommorow is Walmart.. God help me....

I have to agree with the consensus. Dell's Customer Service is one of the worst I have dealt with. They like many other companies they are lowering their standard with the outsourcing of their call centers. Just another way corporate America is trying to save a buck at our expense. Ok.. If you have not figured out how the discounts work here it goes. If you are only buying the monitor your purchase price is $499.99. Now once you keep adding these special offers the system takes the retail price of the freebie item off of the price of your original purchase I.E. the monitor. So if you are doing the monitor luggage combo the math looks like this. Monitor $499.99 -$89.99 -$49.99 -$39.99 $320.02 This means you are still qualified to get the luggage freebie (min purchase $125) Now when you try to add the Coffee Maker or the Mini Fridge the cost of that item then comes off the original purchase (I.E. the monitor in this case). Monitor $499.99 -$89.99 -$49.99 -$39.99 $320.02 -$49.99 $270.03 This now takes you out of qualification for the Mini Fridge ($500 minimum purchase) and the Coffee maker ($350 minimum purchase) because "The total discount exceeds the purchase price" To get the coffee maker you need to spend an additional $79.97 (not worth it) The Mini-fridge setup would look like this. Monitor $499.99 -$89.99 -$49.99 -$39.99 $320.02 -$129.99 $190.03 So now you would need to spend $309.97 more to make this setup work (again not worth it) I hope this sheds some light as to why the Mini-fridge and the Coffee maker don’t work automatically. You just need to make up the difference by purchasing additional items.

Ok, My wife and I just purchased our first Kitchen Aid appliances, and found that there are rebates on top of the sale prices. I just want to make sure everyone else knew about it. $25 for the Artisen Mixer $50 for the Pro Line 25% for Mixer accesories. My NEX has WAY more rebate forms than mixers so if you need anything just let me know.

I wish my Walmart at least had a clue!!!!!! I bet that was with thier map, organization, and customer service which was somewhere else this year. I am so glad that you had a good experience.
