I too just got the In Process. Hope it goes through. I went to the web page and it says Sold out and one per house hold. It let me buy 3. crossing my fingers.

BF in this area seemed to be a bust.. No BIG excitment, no real need for police, and the sales this year were either for crappy equipment or good be obtained at multiple stores. The Thanksgiving day sale at K-mart seemed bigger than todays. Location: Portland, TX

I had trouble getting the page to load properly, but I finally got it to go through. I wasn't sure if it was going to get cancelled, but I just finally recieved an email confirming my order. Hopefully they won't cancel it tomorrow. Thanks

I have to agree with the consensus. Dell's Customer Service is one of the worst I have dealt with. They like many other companies they are lowering their standard with the outsourcing of their call centers. Just another way corporate America is trying to save a buck at our expense.
