i am done shopping and have 2 things left to wrap. All I have left to do is stuff stocking on christmas eve and put out the gifts from santa. no baking for me. my mil does that..but i am going to help her on friday. i am soo excited and can not wait for the big day!

I also heard the extra 15% off if you open their credit card was a scam too. They hardly approve anyone. i have been in toys r us alot this season and have actually seen alot of people getting approved for the card. i did not apply because i am a strictly cash shopper. my daughter asked for this pony last year but did not get it due to the price. her b day is in feb. so my question is...is this pony really worth the price?

i always do equal amount of gifts to open and i try to spend the same amount or close too it. for example..if my limit is $200 per child and i spend $100 on one gift..then the other $100 goes to matching the number of gifts. so if the gift number is 5..then they get 4 other presents that cost me only a $100 for all 4. This year I owed my older two another gift but were almost at their limit so they got a tee shirt and then boxers or slipper socks to make up their last gift.

i have 4 kids and they each got five gifts each and the wii will be the family gift.

my local wal mart had 2 of tese in stock today. did ya'll try wal mart?

they worked twice for me so far...i just so happened to be at home and by the computer both times amazon had them in stock and was able to order. just an fyi..the text message is faster than the email.

i have 4 to buy for (16,15,6,and 2). I always make sure they have the same number of gifts. So no one can complain that someone has more. And I try to keep it around the same amount as far as money spent per child. This year that did not work out. But they will be thrilled with their gifts and never know the difference. And they will be really thrilled with the family gift (wii). so i am happy.

i checked just now..u could see the new one but when i clicked on it..it went to the old one just checked again and there is not even one there at all...hum

I tried to call last night...but did not get through. so i emailed them instead. hopefully someone gets it and they get some praise.

glad to know that I am not the only one who brought a game so they could play it lol i brought the new mario game for dd but i really want to play it.

I got to Toys R Us at 6 am this morning. I was 6th in line for a Wii. I got one and am so excited. But I am sooo impressed by the way my store handled things this morning. The manager came out at about 6:45 am (8 am opening) with papers. One the papers was a list of things wii console, acessories, and games. The started handing out the papers to those of us in line. Told us the paper was our ticket for the wii. Asked us to write our name at the top and to check off the items that wanted. They also took time to explain the games, acessories, warrenties, or answer any questions we had. They then took the papers back, went inside and gathered everything together. So all our stuff was together and waiting behind the countner (with your name on it) when they opened. If you wanted something not on the list you could grab it before you went to the check out. I was very impressed with their system of doing things today and also on black friday. Toys R Us gets an A in my book and gained a loyal costumer. :)

i was 6th in line at toys r us this morning (got there are 6 am). our store had about 30 of them..i think. thanks to the gottadeal website..i got my wii.

not here...i have called every store within a 2 hour radius of my house and no one has them. I am hoping to score one tomorrow morning.

I have 4 kids..ages 16, 15, 6, and 2. The older 2 do not believe but my 6 year old does and my 2 year old does not get it yet.

I just called my local store and he would not confirm that they would have the Wii but he said if they do I better be there early cause people will be lined up to get a voucher for it. So now I just have to decide where I am going..best buy, circut city, or toys r us.

you do not get the sd cards (or at least i do not think so) but i was at Wal Green's today and they had a 5 mp Polaroid camera and 7 inch (i think) digital frame for $109. might me worth checking out.

i considered doing this but was worried the 60% off in the corner would make wal mart not pricematch. i did not think they did % off price matching, so I did not take the chance. glad it worked for you!:)

we got in line at 11:45 pm thursday. we were first in line. i was after 3 zunes (2 for my kids) and one for a friend (who had to work). our store had a 2 per person limit. but my sis in law got one for me. i am not sure how many our store had (at least 4 that i know of) but they were sold out quickly. our mangers at toysrus were great. right before opening they came outside and ran off line cutters. everything went very well. i felt bad for the employees, a lady wanted a zune and they were gone, she starts screaming at the employees that they should have had more or put in the ad there was only so many. why scream at them...they have nothing to do with the ads or the stock. i turned around and told her..3:30, we got here at 11:45 and i got mine. you should have been here earlier and you would have got one. i just could not believe how she was acting to the employees. but all in all things were great at toysrus for me.

our tpys r us had a 2 per person limit. my first year going to TRU first and we had a great experience.

we got to my local toysrus at 11:45 pm and were first in line. my 2 sister in laws and i ended up getting what we wanted (I got my 2 zunes) and were back in the truck for 5:11am. Our mangers were great and even sent the liner cutters away.

And the servers are kworking great. I have not had any problems like last year! Great Job Gottadeal! i am starting to have problems. it keeps giving me a database error message.

I want several things, but most importantly to me are the PSP with 5 movies, and the mommy mewborn twins set. Of course I want to pick up a few movies and possibly a pj set or two - but my "gotta haves" are the psp and mommy set. i am looking at both those things...i would consider them both to hot items. video games and toys usually are...or at least they are here where i live.

if that is all wal mart has to offer...it will be sears, target, or toys r us for my first stop.

I used Amazon for alot of my gifts this year and did not have any problems. I also used the free trial of prime and got all my stuff in 2 days. so I am very happy with Amazon.
