Are you saying this because of your neighbor who happens to work in the toy dept?

I called 2 stores tonight about toy clearance. The first store the lady in toys said they just marked them down last night to 30% so probably not again this week. The other store the lady in the toy dept. didn't know what % they were at and had to check, only at 30% and no idea when it would go lower. I guess it didn't hurt to try. I think I'll still go and check myself tomorrow.

You sound about as anxious as me for this sale to start! I'm guessing you would need to be there as early as possible on that day.

So, when do you think toys will go to 75% off? Have you noticed a distinct pattern there also?

I seen pink Vtech cyber pockets, pink Clickstart computers, Star Wars Didj systems, Smart Cycles, Fur Real Pony not sure which one, holiday Barbies, on clearance for 30% off over the weekend and those are what I am watching for. I also saw Step2 play kitchens, and tool benches marked down 30% and at 75% off would be around $25 each if anyone needs those type of toys.

For the toy clearance coming up, which would be better to go to first a regular or super Target? I have both about 45 mins. from me. Also, I was wondering if anyone has seen Elmo Live marked down? Thanks...

All of my kids got way too much again! Funny how some stuff is so loved and others not even opened yet. DS11 loves his PSP the most, then the Air Guitar Rocker followed by the air soft rifle. DS5 has worn the James Bond costume I made for him almost constantly, so that is his favorite. He got lots of action figures and board games but really likes to pretend he's James Bond. We don't allow him to watch the newer movies so we got him books about James Bond and he loves those. DD19 months is thoroughly enjoying her new doll house! She also likes Baby Alive go bye bye doll, more than the other dolls she got. Mr. Potato Head celebration spud has been a big hit with all my kids. The boys see who can make the funniest one.

I bought one for DS, and yes it jams A LOT. But he still likes it. He also got the the Recon CS-6 and we can't get it to work anymore.

I clicked on the link provided by OP and assume those items shown are the ones on sale. Not sure though.

Wal-Mart makes me mad with the price match thing. They always act like I'm trying to rip them off. Hey it's their policy so they should honor it. Besides the cashier dosen't own the place so why does she care? Not that they should let everything by. I once had a cashier tell me the price at the other store had to be the same exact price at Wal-Mart before the sale price. I told her no... if that were the case no one could price match because Wal-Mart is always a couple of cents cheaper. It's extra work for them so it's easier to just say no because of this or that.

I like Macy's it's one of my favorite stores to shop at for clothes for my kids. I have had good luck with the coupons so far. Elder Beerman on the other hand, their coupon is a joke. I wanted to use it on an Elmo Laptop, but it was an early special. I think why waste the ink on printing the coupons if there are so many restrictions? A REAL deal would be the sell plus being able to use the coupon. It is frustrating, at any store...

I went to my local small Wal-Mart, got there around 4 to stand in line. I would say I was maybe 75 back. As soon as the doors opened people yelled run and run they did. I never saw that before, I was caught off guard. I thought run for what? When we were leaving a woman impatiently pulled into the parking spot next to us and nearly took my rear end off. I had to lean completely up against the van. In which she rudely told me to move my a##. I wished her a Merry Christmas, and quickly got in the van! RUDE! The death of that man is tragic! I seen how easily that it could happen, and for what?

I got my card at the store, I wonder if I will get a 20% off coupon?
