None of my cookbooks were backordered when I placed my order. They showed up as backordered on the packing slip. Mine were shipped via US mail. That automatically adds extra time to the shipping process.

Costco had one model that has been reduced below $300, but I don't remember the model number. Have you also checked Overstock? Target normally has sales on the Dyson's. You could always use a 20% off coupon at Bed Bath and Beyond.

Have you tried Home Depot, Best Buy, or HHGregg? Home Depot and Lowes will usually price match their competitors' pricing.

A children's size 5 should work. My DD is a 7 or 7.5 and can wear a kids size 5. Go to the store and try them on first or get them at zappos so that you can return them with free shipping if they don't fit.

Awesome deal! Did you apply for the TJ Maxx rewards card to get an add'l 10% off? All you have to do is apply for the card. You don't have to use it. :)) Even people who apply for the card and don't get still get the 10% off.

I would go to a store and try on the kids sizes. They actually run large. One of my daughters wears a 7 or 7.5 in ladies and can wear a kids 5. My other daughter wears a ladies 8.5 or 9 and can fit in a kids 6. My oldest DD just bought the kid's cardy ugg from zappos. Free shipping and no sales tax. I think that she saved about $25 buying the childen's size, and saved $10 in sales tax. I was very impressed with Zappos. We had trouble with an e gift card, and they upgraded to next day shipping without us even asking! I was very impressed with customer service. Another mom told me yesterday that she bought her daughter Uggs at Belk. She applied for a credit card and got another percentage off. They don't normally discount the Ugg with store coupons, but the discount that came with applying for the credit card DID include Uggs as well as make-up. I bet this is true at Macy's and other major dept stores too.

They use their own account. You will never see their activity and they won't see your activity either.

I have 3 vizios and love them all. I have seen some pretty good deals for tv's on HSN. They even offered free shipping. I still get most of my electronics at Costco.

Have to share a good customer service story since I am at odds with Swiss Colony right now. I placed my order for 2 Grab Bags and got free shipping as well as an automatic lip something or other. I did NOT enter the code to get the bees lip tin b/c I just plain forgot. I called Burts Bees customer service to try and add it to my order the following day. The customer service person said it was too late, but she would send me the free bees lip tin separately. I honestly figured I would never see the freebie in a million years. I got my freebie today before I received my regular order. I am in awe that they went the extra mile when it was MY mistake. :)) Swiss Colony take note!!

Thank you! I found out that the candy is being mailed, so this will be more difficult. If I have a tracking number, can I call the post office to stop the delivery? I talked to customer service again, and the agent raked me over the coals for thinking that I could ever get 5 free items. Again, it is all my fault. Then she went on to say that they have been having major system issues. Even she didn't understand why it took 3 days to change my order. The ship date of tomorrow is still good because it's at the shippers ready to go out. They can't change anything when it goes to the shipper. Mine went yesterday??

How do I refuse a package when I never sign for delivery? I'm not sure how to do that. Thanks! Just checked on my order that supposedly shipped yesterday. It shows as shipped with a shipping date of 11-18. That is tomorrow! Grrrrrrrr! They clearly have order system problems.

I am still mad about it today! The principle of the whole thing is what bothers me. My order goes through, I get an acknowledgment, and THREE days later they change my order and mail it out. I bet it didn't even ship yesterday. The system should have rejected my order as I was placing it; or I should have been notified of the change before it went out. The customer service person said she would let them know about my problems with their ordering system. Yeah, right. I wonder if I can dispute the charge with the CC company. Glad that some of you were able to receive your orders!

Yes, and what tops it off, is my order has already been mailed. I can't cancel. I even ordered a more expensive item rather than the mouse. It took them THREE days to notify me by email that they were modifying my order, but they went ahead and shipped the order without my 4 free items. I talked to customer service and got absolutely nowhere. They said they NEVER allow more than 1 free item per order. They said it was all my fault. I would agree with that if my order hadn't successfully gone through on the 13th. I had NO problems placing my order on-line. They are willing to do absolutely nothing. It was my first order with Swiss Colony, and it will be my last. They obviously have a glitch in their ordering system.

Walk it Out is well worth the $19.99. I was surprised at this Wii game!
