How does BB determine if you live in the same household? I am going to BB with some friends of mine and more than one of us want the Laptop. Since we are all standing together, they're not going to assume we are from the same household I hope????

Ok...that's good becuz I want both the E-Machines and the Toshiba. Was gonna be irritated if you could only get 1 ticketed item.

I work for Sam's Club, which is owned by Wal-Mart, my paychecks are from from Wal-mart, and after working there for a year and a half am making nearly $8 per hour. That is WELL above most other retail jobs in this area. That being said, I haven't heard any negative comments about WM from our area.

When handing out these "tickets" can you get more than one? I mean, if the Toshiba Laptop and E-Machines desktop are BOTH ticketed items, could I get a ticket for each one?

Sam's Clubs opening at 5 AM will also be putting new items out for that day. As far as sales though...that's a no.

I noticed the E-Machines too but it's hard to tell what you're actually getting there with no specs or model #. Have to wait for the Ad-scan on that one I think.

So far...what stands out to you guys as the items with the best resale value? Not necessarily the items with the biggest discount per se...rather the items that can be re-sold for the most overall profit? Anything sticking out to anyone?

I can only hope...went out price comparing today and there was nothing that great. ESPECIALLY if you're going for resale value. I hope Best Buy pulls through with some great ones.

I have had it off for the last 2 years and we are closed on Thanksgiving. However, this year, I requested the day off back in April so that may have had something to do with it.

I'd say he's to young for that. Playing a reed instrument requires fairly strong embouchere(sp?) muscles and I doubt at 5, he is ready for that. I could be wrong on that though, just my opinion.

Here's one, someone sitting outside of the best buy with a tent, a barbecue grill and an aquarium with goldfish in it. Top that off with them sitting in chairs, poles in hand, fishing in the 10 gallon aquarium...

I know a lot of people go out on BF for the thrill of it and to find the gifts you're looking for at a low price. However, surely there are other reasons for going out on BF? I, for one, don't buy gifts on BF. I look for the items that I can get and then resell for profit. Anyone else do this or anything similar?

I think you'd be better to just camp-out early at the stores. You'd save your points and you'd be in a much better position to get the items you really want.

Yes FatRocky, I do work at a Sam's Club. I think it would be a very good idea to fill out a comment card and explain just the type of things he's been doing. People with attitudes like that certainly don't need to be working as a door greeter.

All clubs have the option of opening early on any day they choose. So I suppose individual clubs will choose to open early on BF. The one I'm at will not be doing such and from what I've heard so far, only around 3-5% will be opening early. As far as sales go, even those that open early will not have "sales". They may choose that day to lower their prices but the company doesn't use the term "sales" as they want to be known for offering the lowest price possible every day.

That's false. Sam's Club will open at regular time on Black Friday as far as store personnel have been told in my club.
