That sounds like fun Geno! We are going to one of the malls here tomorrow evening and doing our trick or treating then. They close the mall and the store employees hand out candy and dress up and it is really fun and well lit and no cars and perfect if you have a rebellious 2yo that doesn't like his stroller! :lol

It is going to be so hard to wait! I have a feeling that I am going to be freaking over this even more than Chris' parents coming down, Thanksgiving AND Patrick's 2nd birthday (ON BF!) and that is really sad! THings are going to be busy that week but, as long as I have an organized list, I will be in a good mood and things will go smoothly! I will MAKE them run smoothly dammit!

Semi-OT but I had an old laptop my first (only?) semester in collage (BW even) and I was working on a geography paper (group paper so it was only 1/4 of the whole thing) and my damn screen blacked out on me! Thankfully my freshman HS computer class didn't believe in having Meeses so I knew the shortcuts to get the darn thing saved onto disk even though I couldn't see a damn thing.

Cute story Geno. Ah, the joys of Nextells! I will be sitting here at the computer and keeping the kids entertained while Chris is out. It is also Patrick's second birthday that day so it all depends on what we will be doing after he gets back that will determine what we are going to be doing.

Wow, I would have to say that that is a lot of posts! I might be able to get to that but I would have to start complaining about DH's family and stuff. But, soon we will have Patrick in gymnastics (tonight maybe- or Thursday) and then next year we will be getting Alexis into soccer as well as her doing gymnastics so that might give me something to talk about. And, of course the football games....we already have tickets to the Jags v. Titans game on Nov. 21 so that should be fun and then Chris' parents are coming down from VA for Thanksgiving and Patrick's birthday is the day after that....and then Lex's b-day in Jan. and Chris and his dads b-day in Feb. of which we might be going up to VA for the week....if all goes well we will get snowed in (haha). Then it will quiet down after that for a little bit.....but I am sure I will find something to talk about! LOL. I can shut up if you want me to shut up....all you have to do is say the word and I will be quiet....let's see how you like it when I am quiet and don't have anything to say....All you have to do is tell me and I will shut up...yep, that is all you have to do....

A good surround sound system for DH....a plasma screen wouldn't be bad either but I like our Entertainment Center too mcuh lOL. My first Leap Pad learning system for DD (4 in Jan.) Maybe a small bike for DS (2 on BF!) or else a bigger bike for Alexis and give Patrick her bike (which we got at last year's BF!) Does Home Depot ever do a BF sale on their Hard Wood Flooring? That would be worth a shot as well....and a privacy fence....Jeez, I need to quit thinking! That is mainly it without looking at the sale lists and saying "Oh yeah, forgot about THAT!..."

HAHA I wouldn't worry about that. I belong to another board and have the record of over 4000 posts my first year there! Gotta love being a SAHM

I sent DH, Chris, out the year before last (well, last year too but nothing exciting on that one). We have a Jeep Wrangler and so he used that height clearance and smaller dimensions vehicle to the max! He was going to Walmart to pick up the digicam they had on sale. He pulled into the actual parking lot and found a spot between a pine tree and a telephone pole that only a Wrangler could fit into. So, he hopped the curb and parked there....climbing out the back (we had the top off so no biggie). He went straight back to the camera dept. and asked the lady behind the counter for it....she had them and gave him one. Then Chris made the comment that he would ahve to wait in such long lines just to purchase the one thing....the casheir took pity on him and checked him out back there even though she wasn't supposed ot. All in all it took him longer to get OUT of the parking lot than it did to get in! This year, my son's second b-day is that Friday so Chris is taking off work for the whole day! I am going to be making my list early and he is going to be taking the Jeep and hitting the stores I specify for the deals I specify. Last year we got all of our deals at Toys R'Us for the kids.

Hi there. I am new here....I am mainly interested in the Black Friday lists so I figured I would start early to see if I could find any. This seems to be a good site so I will just stikc with this and bother you with my incessant chatter. :) I do have a question though....I have an avatar of my own that I use. How do I get it put up instead of the Jags flag? It is hosted and all that other good stuff so, just need to know how to get it put up in here. That is basically it for the moment. I have a set siggy that I use to but it is an image that is hosted so I don't think it can run on this site....? (if it can, do I use HTML or other?) THANKS!
