How is everyone getting the Thomas laptops for 75% off? All 7 the stores I went to only had them 30% off and I even double checked with the markdown team. Are they scanning 75% off or are you getting the cashier to override the price? Thanks! :) -

3 of the five stores I went to yesterday had awesome emplyees. The other 2 made me feel like I was bothering them. I don't know why they care, don't they want us to buy up all the stuff? If I see a Leapster L-Max today I can pick it up and ship it to you if you want. It was killing me to leave them on the shelf at that amazing price but I didn't know anyone who needed one. -

They were so cheap, I bought 2, one for each of my boys. I had just bought one yesterday at another Target for $20 (50% off) because I was afraid I would miss out on it. I am so excited for tomorrow. I plan to load up. My friend also picked up a Thomas & Friends Wooden Railway Cranky the Crane train & track set, reg $79.99 for $19.98! I falso bought 2 of Thomas & Friends Diesel 10 wooden trains, reg $15.99 for $3.98 each. My boys have wanted this train for a while. Also picked up a Geotrax box set with a small circle track and a couple trains for $5.48, reg $21.99. -

Technically tomorrow is the toy day, but I asked someone from the markdown team and she marked down all the stuff I had in my cart! She asked if iI had anything else so I shopped some more and my friend came up and shopped too and she marked down everything for us. She was so nice. I went to another Target and they also marked down stuff for me even though toy markdowns technically aren't until tomorrow. Yay! Now I can hit a third Target tomorrow! I will post specific DPCI's later when I have more time but I'm the most thrilled about a Leapster/L-Max charger for $8.72, reg $36.99! My friend met me up there and she bought 2 Leapster L-Max's for $22.50 each! Also got a Fisher Price ESPN Better Batter reg $39.99, for $9.98 and a Fisher Price Soccer goal, reg $22.99 for $5.48! -

Anyone in AZ hear anything about Wednesday being the toy markdown day? I've heard Thursday at some stores, but others I'm not sure. The suspense is killing me LOL. -
If you decide to check yard sales, make sure you go early. I've found that the outdoor toys go first thing. I would definitely plan to be out looking as soon as it's daylight out or even earlier to get the good stuff. For a community sale, I usually plan to be in the neighborhood about an hour before the sale officially starts. I've gotten lots of things as people are pulling them out of their backyards. Usually, I'm leaving the community sale with a van full of stuff minutes after it "officially" starts.

I heard the same thing from a lady on the markdown team at one of the Target stores I went into yesterday. I have my eye on quite a few things so I will be there bright & early! -
AZ residents: Fry's marketplace Toy Clearance going on now!
MelissaS replied to MelissaS's topic in Offline Hot Deals
Litchfield & Waddell and also the one in Buckeye ( I was out that way anyway). -
Fry's Marketplace is having an awesome 50% off toy clearance. They are getting ready for a big toy reset. Random toys on every aisle are marked 50% off. I bought several of the big Lego sets for 1/2 off and this was my best find: http://www.fisher-price.com/fp.aspx?st=5750&e=products On clearance for $24.99! DS3 is going to LOVE it for Christmas! My Mom & I had just looked in Walmart at the same toy for $56.00 & Toys R Us for $54.99! My Mom was planning on buying it for DS3 anyway for Christmas. Also, a Radio Flyer My First Scooter for $17.99, regular price $35.99. My boys each have one and they love them. http://www.radioflyer.com/rideon/rideon_540.html They also had lots of board games, some My Little Pony sets, some Tonka stuff, Cars carrying case and some action figures 50% off. YMMV, but definitely worth checking out if you live near one.

I happened to go in the Surprise Target as they were marking down the 4th of July stuff 90% off on Friday. I got the boys some cute shirts and shorts for .49 cents and .59 cents a piece and also got a cute onsie for a friend who's pregnant with a girl that is pink and it has a cupcake on the front that reads "Little Sparkler" with baby pink and baby blue sprinkles. It was .39 cents! I'm going to throw it in with a shower gift I have. Grizelle, did you buy your daughter the pink short sleeved shirt with the cupcake? They had lots of those left when I was there on Friday morning. I bought DH a couple of t-shirts for .50 cents, one is gray with navy print reads "Liberty Park" and the other one has a motorcycle and reads "Freedom Riders'. Great for around the house shirts. I'm stalking the Britax car seats. Grizelle, if you see the Britax Marathons at any of the stores near us will you let me know? :) I REALLY want 2 of them. Thanks. Here's one of the .49 cent t-shirts I bought-it does not look like a holiday shirt at all: http://i166.photobucket.com/albums/u106/randjsmom/002-1.jpg -

In my experience, the Desert Ridge Target is not good for clearance. I live in the NW valley and shop at the Target stores out this way (Lake Pleasant Pkwy & Happy Valley Rd, Surprise, Arrowhead, & occasionally Goodyear if I'm down that way for an appointment). -

Yes, they are on the normal car seat aisle and some don't even have clearance stickers. You have to scan them or have someone come over and scan it for you. -
We love our Dyson! The awesome thing about buying it at Costco is that you don't need to purchase an extended warranty. With the exception of TV's & computers (90 day return policy), everything has 100% satisfaction guarantee, and there is no time limit. This is why I love Costco. :)

I saw the Legos at my store as well. I'm hoping to get each set for 75% off. My store also had various Geo Tracks stuff for 30% off. I'm stalking the Britax Marathons hoping for 50% off. We already have 2 of them in my van, and I want 2 more for DH's truck. I just can't see paying full price or anything more than 50% off since they only ride with DH about once a month. I would even take the Brooke pattern and just sell the covers and use 2 of my spares on them.
