Wow, this is so surprising. The freebie section is how I found gd and is all I used to use then thanks to finding gd I was introduced to legitimate surveys. It seems like since I had my youngest son a few years ago I drifted away from the forums and didn't have time for surveys but the few extra dollars it brought in for a few years is remembered and I owe it to this forum! I'm glad I came across it again on taptalk I really loved this forum. I can imagine there aren't as many freebies as there were back then cuz alot of the freebies were to promote new websites that don't have to give away stuff like they used to cuz of all of the free advertising they can do now and like someone else said the economy makes it hard to give away free stuff or there aren't many new businesses because of the economy so there's not as much promoting needed... And then I guess I've been busy trying to find deals for stuff I need and regularly buy instead of free stuff that I don't need, not saying I don't like freebies, it's just that I think the few minutes I have to go online in peace goes to browsing online ads. Has anyone noticed any pharmacies giving out gift cards for new or transferred prescriptions this week in any store flyers?

amazon.com has a grocery section, I have never used it but I have noticed alot of emails from amazon about deals in the grocery section, it seems like they are trying to get more people to use it.

I am in need of 2 different baby gates, 1 needs to be 4' but the kind of gate I need for this wall is the kind that will fit to uneven walls and I also need an extra wide gate that will fit a 6' entrance. I have been looking all over and I would've never thought I'd have to pay over $50 for one gate so if anyone has any ideas please help!

That is so awsome, I love hearing stuff like this! As for the employee that was trying to give you a hard time about it drives me crazy, it's like if it's in the back of the store and is ringing up for a penny then home depot doesn't care if it's sold for a penny or it wouldn't have rung it up for that much so why would someone who works there care? Sometimes employees act like the merchandise is theirs and they are losing money out of their pockets, it's so ridiculous that he would rather it be destroyed than give it to someone that wants it for the price that was marked as anyways... I couldn't even picture someone telling someone you can't buy that for the cheap price that it's ringing up as because we're going to throw it away. I'm glad you got a manager and didn't take his word for it.

WOW! Thank you so much for taking the time to do this. I can't even imagine how much time this could have taken especially since you have said you've been real busy and still took the time to do this. I can't even take the time to do something like this for myself, just the research alone and then you went through the trouble of posting it into an easy chart for everyone else too. I have bought jeans at Steve and Barry's, the prices are always around $10 and the jeans that I bought have lasted and I have had them for a while but some people say they are cheap but they have all kinds of styles and all kinds of shirts and some have kids and baby clothes. Everything used to be the same price but I think they changed that but it's still real cheap, I don't think I've ever seen anything over $12. Ok Thank you. That's exactly what I needed. The first message I saw said tickers are not allowed and that's what I was trying to add. I found a real cute pregnancy ticker that counts down the days and shows how far along you are and shows what the baby looks like. Oh well

I am trying to add a signature using a bbcode but I don't know how to do it. I have the code and I just tried it by copying the code and pasted it right into the box where you type in text but when I previewed it, it is the text code I typed in instead of the picture. I noticed on the sig page it says bbcodes are allowed but I don't see a link or anything you can click on to add the code so I am wondering where do I put the code? I hope this makes sense...If anyone knows how to do this I'd appreciate your help

Go to Costco.com and click on travel then click on rental cars in the box on the left of the page. I don't know how long you want a car for but I was just there looking for a deal for a week and I found a deal at budget for $113 for a week for the 2nd size car there was to choose from. No matter how many days you need it you should be able to find a good price and don't need costco membership either but you save more, (my price didn't include membership.)
