  1. they try to schedule as many as they can, but once the schedule is booked then you have to pick and choose days, they may not be busy on BF, b/c most people are buying for others and not themselves, i bought a JVC 99 bucks installed a few years back, and they told me they could have it installed by the time I paid for it, but the vehicle it was going in was @ home so I had to schedule for that saturday evening instead
  2. yes, the 2 day sales are online, just like the weekely sales
  3. you know any purchase on your BB charge is SAC for @ least 90 days, and they probably not advertising it, to keep people from asking for it to make the lines move a little smoother
  4. and if you think about it, in their regular ads they have items listed @ every day low price, right next to an item w/ a price to confuse you, they got me like that one time w/ a DVD and the cashier pointed out that the price shown is for this DVD not the one you are purchasing
  5. you know wally world here had an additional BF deal goin on w/ a b/w insert that was available in the store on wednesday b4 BF 2005
  6. depending on the specs it may be a real steal
  7. as of now yes, but i can w8 to make that a definite yes or no when the other sales come out
  8. they use those infared heaters @ outdoor seated resurants and they get hot, they disipate heat very well
  9. i am a little frustrated this year, b/c i wana see the new ads, but i keep telling myself, w/ 2 video game systems coming out the week b4 BF, these big stores may be trying to w8 and see if they have sometype of christmas packages for these systems, an extra controller, somehead phones, a free classic game or something, so they just holdin off to make sure friday and sunday b4 BF is gona fly
  10. Y is Target nor TRU on the list.... myself personnally, i am w8n for the walmart ad, eventhough that is not my stop, i am w8n for BB, Target and TRU, b/c thats the place im going to... hahaaaaa............
  11. pretty good deals, imma semi techie and office max is less than 2 miles away from my crib.... ha-haaaaaaa
  12. maybe the Door opener, not quite sure on the big appliances
  13. I really didn think people shopped @ hardware stores on BF, but i really had a reallity check last year, HD had a genie ladder for 119, being a new homeowner and needing the ladder i was going to make it one of my stops but only after the wife took care of what she had to do for the kids, I showed up there around 10 maybe 11 and the guy told me that they had about 100 ladders and they sold out in 10 - 15 mins..........
  14. i dont know what they plan on doin this year, but last year we went to Sam's that night to buy a few big items and the store was a wreck... i did get a catalogue from sam's in the mail yesterday, just did not have time to look @ it to see what was on sale, i try to stay away from there, i spend too much money trying to stock up on the big stuff
  15. Can anybody tell me is the ACE BF deal is for all stores or just the national chain stores... i went to an ACE about 2 years ago for something in the paper and was told that it was not onsale in that particular store.... b/c it was independently owned and the ad was for another location:confused:
  16. dont they do that coming up to BF.... I cant remember but i know i had to drive all the way to the other side of town one day after work for one of them daily specials................. and I hate K-Mart
  17. there is a link to preorder on the home page
  18. they packaged PS1 games like that when they were getting ready for the PS2 release
  19. i dont know what happened @ my local wally world but they had 2 isles dedicated to clearance between toys and the garden center, but now they have taken half of one isles and taped it up w/ a sign saying its for xmas cosmetics... that sux:mad:
  20. you know that is a good way to get an insight on the sales b/c wally world put out those pallets er night to make room in the stock area for what is coming off the truck to go all the way to the back..... i had a friend that worked overnight stock and he say everything on a pallet comes out into the isles b4 they can get the stuff off the truck and the ones that don't get unloaded go back @ 6
  21. that is a hard descision, but planning your steps b4 you do it always make for a good return..... since the Wally World's in my areas have different deals on a regular, what we normally do is about 8 or so on Thursday we go get a layout of the land, even though they have the plastic on most pallets you can tell where the deals are, they have 2 or 3 employees hovering around them to keep the public out.... so once you survey both locations on what is to be bought w/ DBs, BF sales, and the local sales deals, then you go home and you map out your plans, where to hit first, based on what you think will be gone first, and also you may want to pass by the other stores if you are not a night owl and get a survey of the lines outside the stores
  22. that was a steal even for a BIN, those horns are pretty pricey and considering that fact that if you decide to be in marching band, most marching band require bell front horns so that would be a nice investment for a practice horn or even a concert horn
  23. i guess somebody here in kansas need to talk to the legislature, we haven't had a tax free holiday or i have been under rock
