  1. The Wendy's around here have always taken expired coupons as well. I have redeemed year old+ coupons for these frostys. The employees are actually the ones who told me, because I had a stack of coupons I was going thru, trying to find nonexpired ones a few years ago.
  2. Wow! about the folding griddle - I am dying for one. One of the legs broke on my griddle after DH stepped on it:rolleyes: and it was more than $12 for sure! Hope I can get to Target soon!
  3. That's right! I am so glad that so many of you are able to take advantage of this. Wow to the one whose Claire's had 15 for $5:eyepoppin Too bad you missed it, but 10 for $5 is still awesome. I want to go to the one nearer to me this week but things are crazy around here right now, I barely have time to breathe LOL Good to know that Concord Mills has this all the time - thanks for the info disneynutangie:) We very rarely go up there (it's an hour away) but nowI know to always check! BTW are you over at the DISboards too?
  4. The Claire's Boutique at Concord Mills Mall in Concord, NC has a great sale going on. I haven't checked it at other locations yet, so YMMV. They have jewelry, hair accessories, cosmetics, keychains, etc etc etc marked way down. These are red lined already and they are either $3 each or 10 items for $5!! DD13 had so much fun shopping! Here is a sampling of what she got for 50 cents each: a beach towel about 8 headbands, some really pretty a 5 pack of toe rings a few pairs of earrings a Green Day cap a Green Day CD car visor 2 keychains 2 hair clips and some other stuff I can't remember. Have fun!
  5. Thank you so much for this - I just used it tonight and saved $22!
  6. Does anyone know if you can use this in conjunction with the 15% off that they offer for using your JCP card? Thanks!
  7. Thanks for the tip - these would be great for goody bags at my son's bday party!
  8. Just got a newsletter from the DOR regarding sales tax. The SC state sales tax rate is increasing from 5-6% (plus your local taxes) effective June 1, 2007. That's not the news I'm referring to though They are doing another sales tax holiday - but this time on ALL TAXABLE ITEMS - and the dates?? BLACK FRIDAY and Saturday!!!! Pretty cool! Way to make the craziness even crazier LOL I never make a big deal about the usual tax holiday they have in August, because it's not a big %age, but this, coupled with Black Friday sales - I'm happy about that! BTW this doesn't include the local tax (around 1% I think) but I would be very surprised if that wasn't waived also.
  9. From p39 on the November 2006 Child magazine, you can make a free greeting card at Shutterfly with code HOL3-CARD if you order by November 30.
