My daughter has had the Pixter for a couple years. I'm not that impressed with it and you can't find many games for it either. I just purchased a Leapster handheld for my son and think this will be much better. Leapster games are plentiful.

I usually work. My hours begin at 3 p.m., so my BF shopping is always done by then.

My CC had lots of Zelda. Didn't check for Kirby. They are supposed to be available online on 12/13. Apparently b&m was allowed to release them at 5 p.m. 12/12, but not online.

Had pre-ordered at EBGames. They were supposed to get 75 of them, but only got 25. I was #40. So the nice clerk told me about Circuit City's sale and if I bought it elsewhere they would refund my $5 downpayment. CC had lots of them still left and the 1 clerk that I got didn't even know that today was when Gamecube's version was supposed to go on sale.

When I got my DS lite on BF they were out of the free accessory kit. Went back the next Wednesday and they gave it to me with no questions asked. So I'd go in and talk to a customer service rep.

They finally answered your question at the bottom of their e-mail. They didn't need to send you all that extraneous information. They probably just cut and paste the entire faq policy without really trying to answer you directly.

I ordered George Foreman indoor/outdoor grill when it went on sale for $64.xx. Then a couple weeks later, for their CyberMonday sales, it went lower to $49.xx. I called CS and they adjusted the price for me without hesitation. (He even asked me how the grill was working. Told him it was for Christmas and hadn't been opened yet.) That's why I always like to talk to a rep instead of trying to do something like this via e-mail.
