Checking in for December. So a few updates for y’all - went to NC to my husband’s family for Thanksgiving and did a ton of BF online shopping there. But in addition to all the stuff I bought, we also picked up a cold from my sister-in-law. Toddler was sick (juuust getting better today), now I’m sick (day 2 home from work), and I guess hubs is next…UGH. This is the first time my toddler has been sick (because isolation due to covid), and it’s the first time I’ve had a cold since December 2019. NOT a fun way to start December!!! But anyway, wanted to also thank Brad and everyone for the $50 Amazon card I won here. I was able to purchase a super cute Fisher Price Camper toy for my toddler. [emoji178][emoji178][emoji178][emoji320][emoji320][emoji320][emoji319][emoji319][emoji319][emoji1335][emoji1335][emoji1335] So, Happy December everyone!

Thanks all!! Unfortunately the stuff I was looking at is for my kid and also household decor that I would start using prior to BF, so I don’t think returning is really an option. I was able to see the price I paid 2 years ago on BF for the slippers and it was pretty close to the sale price so I went ahead and got them, and got some xmas pillows as well!

Hi y’all - So I’m in the market for some stuff from Kohl’s and I need some advice. The current sale looks pretty good for the following items: Dearfoams baby slippers St Nicolas Square holiday stuff BUT…I know these things are usually also on sale on BF. Do y’all think I should shop now or wait??

I don’t think this is the best deal I’ve ever gotten, but the very first BF purchase I made was at our local outlets - a beautiful blue, shiny, light pea coat with a belt and epaulets. That was 10+ years ago and I still wear it! Honestly I think my fave tradition is pouring over the ads with my sisters-in-law on Thanksgiving after eating, and making our plan of attack! We didn’t even travel there last year because of covid and how young my baby was but we are going this year and I’m hopeful!!!

Checking in for September!!! I am soooooo excited for autumn and the holidays this year. My baby is now 15 months old so she’s starting to understand some stuff - can’t wait to go pumpkin picking and BF shopping with her!! Anyone got any leads on toy deals for BF? LOL!

I’m a teacher so this is the point of the summer where I lose track of days and dates and I looked at my phone this morning and saw my reminder to post here...and I was like...WAIT it’s August?!?!?!? Checking in for MAY! Can’t believe it’s the birth month of my now 11 month old baby girl - she’ll be ONE YEAR on May 29th! Hey y’all! Posting for February!! On Friday evening I got a robocall from my principal (I teach high school) that the school division had 90 unrefridgerated COVID vaccines that needed to be given by the end of the night and they were going to be giving them first come, first serve...so I RAN out and my car wouldn’t start!!! So I scraped snow off of my husband’s car and actually made it in time to get one. Yay vaccines!!!!

Posting for January... So I have a 7 month old baby, so husband and I were in bed at like, 9:30 last night. I wake up at 12:20 to popping noises and I’m like OMG, gunshots!!! COMPLETELY forgot it was New Years and they were firecrackers.

I’ve missed it the past 2 years and was determined not to do so this year! I’m back baby!!!
