Happy April! It’s snowing pollen down South and my car has taken on that lovely Grinch green shade. Ugh. It seemed like everything turned green overnight last week so I got the fever and Bought a few flowers to pot last week and have yet to pot them. LOl. I think we are safe from another late freeze like we had last week so flower bed here I come.

Happy March! The wacky weather continues down South, just like everywhere.....Warm enough Wednesday to do some outdoor work, cold yesterday and today, and we are expecting some of the coldest weather of the season next week.....smh. Mother Nature, get a grip! I can only hope that the lack of winter storms here means we won't have any deadly tornado outbreaks this season. Wishful thinking I'm sure And this month also means March Madness, one of my favorite things of the year. I rarely watch any regular season college basketball games but boy do I love Tournament games!

Two years in a row for not one flake of snow here where I am in AR...…not even an ice event. I can do without the ice but still.....

Oh no!!!! What a stinker!. I thought we had made it through the worst part of the season in terms of my work but not so much. It finally hit my area and now everyone that walks into the ER gets a flu test, many are positive. Hope you feel better soon!!

Happy Vaentine's Day I can't believe February is half over already! Spring has already sprung down here.....I already have weeds and today we had a high pollen alert. For the love of pete I'm not ready for that in February. Ugh.

Happy February!! Slow warmup here all the way to the 70’s by Monday. Mother Nature needs to get off the roller coaster she’s riding and give everyone a break!!

I sure hope everyone is surviving this Polar Vortex! While it's cold for us down South and I can't begin to wrap my mind around how cold it is in the MIdwest. It hurts my bones to think of temps that cold.

Happy New Year everyone! Went to bed early last night so I didn't crack open the sparkling grape juice I bought to ring in the new year with. LOL. I'll do it today as my reward for being productive today. I'm putting away Christmas and in the process purging stuff I don't need or use anymore. This is gonna make for a long day since I have an entire closet dedicated to Christmas. It's a tiny closet but still...... trying to start off the year on the right foot so we shall see how far I get.

For the love of all that is Christmas-y please don’t let me forget the gifts tonight as I make my way to family after work. It has happened before and I have anxiety over it ever since then! LOL! Merry Christmas everyone. Hope everyone is finally able to relax today/tomorrow and bask in the joy of all our hard work.

I've been in my PJ's all day today, under my snuggly blanket (although it isn't a bit cold here today) and watching Hallmark movies and Christmas Vacation. Still have Frosty and Rudolph left to watch but I'm saving those for tomorrow night after work.

ok.....dumb question here.... How are y'all getting your full size pictures into the body of your posts? For those of us who did them as an attachment, they appear not to be working anymore. I can't wait for Secret Santa 2019. It is one of my favorite things to do, whether here or work.

OMG! That looks delicious. I almost bought one of her Air Fryer cookbooks but there were many reviews that said it is was very difficult to read because of the light colored print. I don't need that. I already have enough trouble reading. LOL

Christmas Chronicles was adorable! Kurt was a great Santa and then the little surprise at the end was fun! LOL I may get booted off the forum for saying this but I just do not like It's a Wonderful Life. I love Jimmy Stewart but just cannot sit through that movie for some reason. I've never watched White Christmas either. *running off to hide now*

I’m so ready! Ready for some good eats, good family time and some good gift exchanges! Since I’m done with everything on my “to do” list I’m going to spend my long weekend watching Christmas movies I haven’t had a chance to watch it! I’m so behind on this.

I have a Christmas Carol clock too and I love it so much. Brings me hours of joy when I’m home all day.

I’ve just started having to delete emails without even opening them! I have no willpower. I made the mistake of opening a Barnes & Noble email yesterday and now I want something out of that email but I have to drive 30 miles to get to one. Not gonna do it......maybe.

Bopeep, it really is a shame that See’s candy is hard to come by in our necks of the woods. I bought a box on a whim in an airport on the West Coast one time and oh boy what a treat! I think the big mall about 30 miles from me has a seasonal cart that sells the candy but I’m hardly in that area. Maybe I shall check it out this weekend.

The last package I was waiting for has been now been back ordered and that now will become a birthday gift for later so I’m completely done too! It feels good to know I can just sit back and enjoy the rest of the holidays with no stress.......I hope. Lol

I’ll probably order more next year, but I wish I could get more of the bigger sizes and way less of the smaller sizes and the wine bottle ones. We don’t drink so I have no use for all of those I got.

SS gift mailed off today. The USPS was a zoo today here....the line was wrapped around the little island in the small room. I had so much fun shopping for mine and can't wait to do it again next year!

Oh yes, using bags is unavoidable for some things and at the end when I get tired of the wrapping! LOL. I ordered a big pack of drawstring bags from QVC this year and wasn’t too pleased with them at first (especially some of the prints and patterns) but I ended up using all of the large size ones for those odd-shapes gifts and the Kohl’s throws. I’ll probably order more next year.
