DH and I. Last year my SIL came with us...she didn't last and sat in the car for the last store. I don't think she will be coming this year.

I just did price matching for the first time last year on BF. I feel like this is only going to complicate and confuse people more! Story: Last year I called my WM 2 times leading up to BF and spoke to 2 different people Both said No price matching on BF! I took all my local ads with me into the store on BF and walked right up to the head manager and said, " Are you price matching today?" He said, "YES, As long as you have the ad." Then as I got to the cashier and she said "Were not price matching today!" " I said, "I asked your manager when I walked in!!" She honored the PM. bottom line WM can be impossible to get a straight answer from with regular PM I don't even want to think about trying to decode this whole rule!! UGH!

We are cutting back this year for sure. we did last year too. Our 2 kids already made Christmas lists and thankfully neither kid is being unreasonable. Our big gift from Mom and Dad to both kids will be the kinex for the xbox. My daughter who is almost 11 asked for like 1 toy this year! So that is going to be a big difference for DH and I to have to go clothes stores and shoe stores instead of just toys. Might mean more work for us since our 4 year old obviously still wants toys. I think our biggest cut back is going to be on the adults of the family. I am getting scarves,gloves, ect for most of the adults in our family and they will just have to get over it. We host Christmas at our place and that is a big expense in itself. Plus everyone needs gloves in New York! haha!

When we got to our WM at 1am on Friday The General Manager was outside b/c he was over seeing security and I quickly called him over and asked " Are you price matching?" and "What are the stipulations?" and he said " Yes we are, You just have to have the ad." I had 3 ad's in my purse and ended up getting about 3 things price matched. BUT important to know is that when I called my WM a week before I was told NO price matching and when I got to the register the cashier questioned me by saying "oh I don't think we are doing price matching." and I told her I had spoke to the GM outside and she just went ahead and did it. So its funny how disorganized they are.

Yeah I can understand them not price matching with online too. My store isn't even price matching with other stores on BF.

I guess I can understand them not price adjusting but I thought they usually price match.....my WM told me they will not be price matching anything this BF.

Okay so I just called my WM store and they told me they will NOT be price matching AT ALL. (ugh) and then I asked "okay so your sales are at 12am and then again at 5am? " And she says to me...."we'll I know we have a 5am sale I don't know anything about 12am. I havn't seen a flyer..."You havn't seen a flyer?? Like seriously its a week away and you have no idea what's going on? and your answer is I havn't seen a flyer LOL. I am so annoyed and confused. and I'm bummed b/c I thought for sure that they would be price matching. I think I might try to have DH call again next week and ask the same questions.
